Robbie Garcia really knows insurance. I came in to buy a condo insurance policy that was a bit different and Robbie knew exactly what to do and how to get it. He is a hard working professional with a lot of knowledge. I rarely write reviews but he deserves recognition.

I received great over the phone service from Robby Garcia.He waited patiently while I accessed the email from him and replied to it. He updated my car insurance to include another driver. And immediately sent me the updated document. In the body of the email, he included additional information explaining what coverage is needed (or not) when allowing other drivers to drive my car. He was polite, friendly and informative. Thanks Robby!

Robby was very competent and guided me through my insurance needs and purchase simply and with patience. He waited on the phone while I checked the date on my hot water tank and while I looked up my policy number from another company.
