They have bad customer service. I tried to ask question, they didn’t try even to listen properly before they answer

Although it’s got Shoppers Drug Mart signage, your doctor must search for Shoppers Simply Pharmacy for sending an Rx

Wish I could give zero. They wouldn't fill my infant daughters prescription because I didn't have her carecard. All the info was on the prescription and it was for an antibiotic, amoxicillin liquid, not a controlled substance. They wouldn't even take my ID as proof. Shame on them. Also the lady was very rude. She told me I could go somewhere else. I would if I could have found it at another pharmacy.

Fast and friendly.

I switched to this pharmacy location as it was more convenient to me. When I try to refill my prescription they always call me and say it will take 2 days to order and I’m okay with that because I can refill my prescription 6 days early. However, the past couple times they haven’t been refilling my prescription on time and said ‘Oh there must have been a problem with the computer.’ I was speaking to one of the competent workers on the phone, and she told me half the staff is new so they don’t know what they are doing. This is extremely frustrating as my prescription comes in a box with 2 syringes and all they have to do is slap a label and give it to me. It’s a waste of my time calling them back all the time asking when my prescription is gonna be ready. I also go here every month and I don’t see why they always mess up my prescription. I will no longer be going to this location.
