Please don’t take the car from them unless you really have to. They don’t have any office and they will only give you a location to pick up and drop off. It’s very harsh if you are not from Vancouver and you would end up paying extra to pick up the car and to drop off due to no shuttle run from airport. The price is very very high compare to most people of the places in Vancouver. They keep very old model cars like 2012-2014 model cars for rental that too own by other people. I exactly don’t know how they managed to receive this high ratings. I took car rental for 10 days which was a 2012-13 model car. I could have gone with many companies with latest full options car with the price i paid. I chose them because they had really good reviews compare to other companies. I ended up regretting the whole trip.The only positive thing is that they don’t disturb you up until you are done with the tript and easily accessible through the phone.

Honestly, Im renting at Carmodity almost every week or every other week because it's very easy to rent, the prices are affordable (a lot of cars to choose from, with their own rates) and the management is amazing! I've reached out to one of the co-founders, because I find it easier to communicate directly, and he is very hospitable and gives me great service every time! I've tried other rental places to see the difference, and I totally regretted it hahah. It was so hard to rent, their were a few hidden fees and it was just confusing in general. Carmodity is so direct and easy, I even recommended this to my friends and their friends. I hope their service keeps up because we all love it!

Hudaifah and Ahmad at Carmodity provide one of the cleanest, upgraded cars for a pleasant ride. I had to book a car the last minute and these guys processed my request immediately and ensured I have everything I need for my trip. This car share company is superb! Excellent customer service and smooth rental process. They will provide cars that will fit your needs on your trip. I drove to Whistler in a fullsize sedan with winter tires and had an awesome experience! Will definitely book for future trips with Carmodity!

Fantastic service! My own car broke down in North Van. I called the number on the website. 38 mins later they brought the nice new chevy bolt electric car to me. Then when I finished a few days later, I left the car at the auto shop that fixed my own car and they remotely locked the car. Seamless and easy. Best customer service I have had anywhere! Plus it was fun to try out an all electric vehicle. Will use their service again for sure and will recommend to friends that visit.

Had great experience with the car rental company. It’s local so everything took less time to process. I booked it the night before my trip. They are very patient and reachable. The car I rented is a diesel car. I never used a diesel car before, so took me a bit long to fill the fuel, they understood and didn’t charge me extra.

Honestly by far one of the best rental companies I have ever used! After getting screwed over by Hertz car rental in Granville and getting stranded in Vancouver with no car to travel around the city in, someone recommended Carmodity and by far best decision I have ever made. Everything was quick and easy from picking up the rental to dropping it off. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful with any inquiries I had. The car itself was extremely good on gas! Just wish there was more of a car selection but considering I booked a rental literally the night before pick up, I was happy with just about anything!
