What is left to say about Ayah? She is kind, patient, and so incredibly talented. I first came to Ayah in September with about 18 inches of damaged, spotty brown hair. Knowing absolutely nothing about how I would care for it or what the process would be, I explained to Ayah that I wanted golden hair. Ayah listened to me until she was sure she understood exactly what my vision was, then calmly explained to me exactly what the process would look like, how much it would cost, how much time the initial appointment would take, and what the maintenance process would look like. She then took a swab of my hair to ensure it would withstand the process. She did all of this before I had even committed to booking an appointment. When I repeated a question, she answered patiently and in a way that I could understand.On the day where I went in for my first appointment, was so nervous that things wouldn’t turn out the way I had hoped, but Ayah always checked in to make sure she was capturing exactly what I was looking for, and we chatted lots about my inspirations for what I wanted my hair to be like. She truly appreciates my image of myself and what my vision for myself is.I can honestly say I walked out of my appointment that day with the hair of my dreams. At the end of my appointment she showed me which products to use, and I am now using AVEDA shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in treatment thanks to her, with amazing results. I cannot say enough how much I look forward to my touch up appointments because Ayah always makes me feel so welcome with her sweet personality and the girl-talk is always such a pleasure. I will never go to anyone else to maintain my golden hair, I’ll always come back to Ayah!

Jessica is a great stylist and has a really pleasant chair manor. She really listens to what I’m asking for and gives a realistic set of expectations and a great haircut. A+

So I was eager to go here from the good reviews and beautiful space and was hoping it would increase my confidence after trimming off the dead hair. After the haircut and my hair is dry and out of the style it is exactly what I didn’t want and my confidence immidiately was gone. I feel so horrendous going out with my hair down and i don’t even want to go out anymore. I don’t even know what to do because I called back asking for a restyle with a different hairstylist or some advice on what to do with it since it is so much more difficult to deal with and they tried to book me with the same one which I found completely unacceptable after I stated what I wanted to happen. I will never waste my money on this salon again and will be letting all of my friends know not to go near this place. If I could give 5 stars for being useless I would

I recently had my hair cut and coloured by Alexandra at this salon and was so impressed. She took the time to really listen and execute what I wanted. I have thinning and fine hair, so it has always been challenging for me to feel good about it in general. Not only did I walk away with a fresh cut and colour that I love, but I also walked away with some great tips for my hair type. Thank you Alexandra!
