I wanted to try this Greek restaurant since it opened up. I ordered the shawarma plate and they definitely met my expectations to the point. Food was fresh, service was amazing and taste was amazing and they were playing some nice music there.they also have a good cocktail menu.Definitely recommend to try them out.

This is the Greek Gem you’ve been looking for in town! Great ambiance and customer service! Food? Don’t even get me started! I have tried most of the items on their menu and every single item was absolutely delicious! Highly Recommend!

Where have you been all of myLife? (Rihanna song enters the chat)Outstanding food. I love Greek food and my partner doesn’t. This restaurant has changed that for us. I am so so excited that now I can pick here and he’s more than excited to lead the way! Also happy hour with $1oz wine? Don’t temp me! Order me four more spanakopita!!!

My friends and I wanted to drink some cocktails while listening to some good music, so we went on Saturday night and we loved it! The DJs were amazing! and our server was really nice. The bartender gave us a good explanation about the drinks menu and I ended ordering the Zeus cocktail that has some yogurt, and I loved it! I’ll go again to try some food because it looks incredible

Med Bar and Grill is a much welcomed addition to the neighborhood and deserves to be checked out by everyone! With a few tweaks it could be really spectacular. Firstly, the food is really fantastic and priced very well. We enjoyed every single dish but some standouts were the calamari which we all thought were among the best we’ve had anywhere, as well as the mezze dips, the Greek salad and the spanakopita. The cocktail program is excellent and we all loved every drink we had - super flavourful and elevated but again, reasonably priced. The service was excellent, and the waitress, while new, was super friendly and fun!In our opinion the ambiance needs some minor adjustments to take it to the next level. The music was really nice with good lounge disco house vibes. The lighting, however, is definitely the biggest area for improvement and we all felt it was distracting. The overhead pot lights need to be much lower if not turned off, and the pink club lights on the disco ball were far too bright. We all loved the idea of coloured lights, but perhaps a soft orange glow rather than the bright pink — and why not turn the disco ball on?! Could be really fun addition. The lights behind the bar are also super bright and could be toned down.Overall it was a great dinner with excellent food and service, and we will definitely be back!

Atmosphere is amazing, nice and cozy. Staff is adorable and attentive. Food taste amazing, everything made in house with fresh ingredients. The cocktails menu is very interesting, each one of them named after a greek goddess/god, with different vibes and flavour profile. 100% would recommend

I recently dined at this restaurant and was blown away by the delicious and healthy food options available. The menu was full of unique dishes that were bursting with flavour. highly recommend trying this place.The tabouleh was a refreshing salad that was packed with fresh veggies and a zesty flavor. It was a great way to start the meal and set the tone for what was to come. The spanakopita was another standout dish, with crispy and buttery layers filled with spinach and the addition of fresh herbs and tzatziki sauce made it even more delicious.The dirty fries were a unique take on a classic dish, with four different cheese sauces to dip the fries in. It was a creative and tasty twist that I would highly recommend. The saganaki sliders were also a hit, with fried cheese on a bunThe lamb shawarma was cooked to perfection and had a mouthwatering blend of spices that made it one of the best shawarmas I've had in a while. And finally, the baklava cheesecake was the highlight of the night. It was a heavenly blend of flavors, with the sweetness of the baklava mixed with the creaminess of the cheesecake and the special whipped cream. It was the perfect way to end the meal.

Ok, I don’t know where to start? I wished I could rate more than 5 stars. I usually don’t write comment about the places I go, because I don’t have time, so the place has to be worth it for me to spend time for writing the review. I was at this restaurant last night along with my group of friends for the first time. I am very sensitive about the quality of the foods and I never go back to the restaurant which I am not happy about their foods or services. I work so hard for my money, so I like to spend it on good foods and services. Enough with me, if you are looking for the best & unique food in town plus good atmosphere and customer service to enjoy, don’t hesitate for one minute to make your reservation right now. It is so hard these days to find five starts luxury restaurant food with affordable price. Med Grill is easily competing with the high ends restaurants in the Vancouver without breaking your bank account. If you try it once, you will be forever customer. The customer service, the owner, the staff, the food, the ambiance, the music and everything about this place is A plus and more. I can write more but I let you to try this yourself. No, if you think, I am the family member of the owner to write this review, you are mistaken. I am just a regular customer who cares about good foods and good restaurant and obviously good price.

This is the best Greek/Mediterranean place I’ve been to! We had the reftedes scotch egg (recommended by the manager), the lamb med grill classic and the cavatelli pasta - every dish was delicious and a unique spin on the classic… so good I didn’t have time to take pictures. The service was attentive. And the MUSIC - their live musician played awesome covers using several instruments, plus added a little comedy in between sets. We will absolutely be back!
