My husband was in this location today. The gentleman serving him was very friendly, professional and went over and beyond for our dryer part. It’s hard to find customer service now a days so when you do it’s important to recognize it ! We will be back for all of our appliances here over all other stores.You guys are awesome! Support local!

Pure scam. Take your money elsewhere. The only positive I have is for Alex the sales guy in Moncton. He did everything he could to help. But the owner Nick well not so much. I purchased a washer and dryer from this place. Got them at 5 pm delivery fee went from 85$ to 150$. Then non of the appliances worked. I called the next morning at 9 am 16 hrs later. They sent a repair guy up to see if they can fix it right away and unfortunately they were not. I never signed any warranty and the company refuses to give back my money. I did not go in there yelling or screaming in fact I was very reasonable with them. But they did not care and told me to go and do a stop payment. Please take this as a warning and run. Don't waist your hard earned money here they don't care if the product they sell u does not work.

My parents have bought multiple appliances for their rental properties & we haven’t had any issues at all. 6 month warranty for exchange gives them relief if anything didn’t work properly. Great place, great staff & great deals!!

I see they blocked the reviews in the Discount Apliances site, so I am leaving this one here. It seems they have 2 different names for the same address. Really sketchy. Name in the shop different from the emails. The email is from this company.Update. June 3rd. Still no solution. Went to the BBB and waiting. No washer neither dryer. Last email I got from them they would not give me an exchange nor repair neither refund even having 6 months warranty.I purchased 4 appliances and 2 won't work. Since day one. Dryer came without a piece that flyed into the highway during transport and never worked. The transport was a guy recommended by the shop, the even wrote his name in the ticket, but always said it was a third party. Bought it Saturday to be delivered Tuesday. It came next Saturday at 8 pm.The washer never worked neither. The first time it was on it didn't drain or spin.I called multiple times and I went there. No answer. Or the manager is not here because they work morning if I went or call in the afternoon or the manager works afternoon if I call morning.They blame it on the house, that it was too old and I needed an electrician. Electrician came and said there was no problem with the electricity. So I paid the electrician yo tell me everything was ok.After they scheduled an online appointment with a technician. The technician told me it was impossible for me to repair and that shop was scamming people selling stuff that did not work. He send me that in writing by email. He was tired of dealing with people in the same situation as mine from the same shop. He told me to sue them. He was the one who told about fake reviews saying it was a good shop. Easy to spot them, just few reviews at the same time and the one for the shop is 5 stars. I could spot several and some were even answered by the owner!Also, the stove lights are not working. The stove is working, but not the lights that says if it's on or off.Since I bought the washer and dryer it has been 2 weeks and nobody did anything to solve the problem. I just want what I paid for. They don't wanna come to fix it or pick it up. Nothing. No solution. I am really frustrated knowing that they do that regularly.

0 for 3. They just can't be trusted.The first set I bought from them didn't work. It was delivered with water pouring out of the dryer drum.The replacement set was never delivered. They told me it worked and I'd have it in a few days. 2 weeks later, they told me it needed a part that was 2 weeks out.The third set seemed to work fine, but it developed issues almost immediately. I gave up and I'm having a 3rd party look at it.

Also known as JJN Discount Appliances. Website made no mention that part was not available to be shipped. Cancelled the order two days later through their email contact with no response. Several more emails and phonecalls went ignored.Finally opened a complaint with Paypal to which the company never responded. Was refunded through Paypal.Don't waste your time.

We found this place while driving by Wyse Road where the Mitsubishi dealership is. Anyway, we were looking only for 30” fridge and we ended buying the fridge and a beautiful range, the reason is because the deal was so good and I just loved the range
