Great Canadian Oil Change

Best service when dealing with a garage in a long time. Very polite and courteous staff. Explained everything to me and took the time if I didn't understand something. Team works well together and got me in and out in great time. I will definitely be back again.Thank you so very much.

I've been a customer of this location for around 20 years and through a few name changes. For the last oil change they decided to use and bill me for synthetic oil, despite my long history of never purchasing the synthetic and not requesting it and not being asked. The price difference for my vehicle is significant. I gave them the opportunity to correct this when I went back for the next oil change by crediting me the difference, but the manager was unwilling. I left and went to another business that wont rip me off.

My partner recommended this place to me, as she has been a customer for years, and the folks here exceeded my expectations. I had a oil change, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They inspected my vehicle, and not once did they pressure me into any purchases or upgrades. The staff were friendly, topped up my fluids, and filled my tires. To be blunt, it was like going to Mr. Lube but with out all of the unnecessary sales tactics, pressure and upgrades.

Not what it once was. Used to be they checked lights and air filters automatically. Now they ask if I want them checked. I knew one tire was a little low and when I left it was still a little low even though they supposedly filled them. Windows didn't get washed either which used to be automatic.All in all, not impressed this time around. If it keeps up, I'll be going elsewhere.

When they checked tire pressure they only put 2 of 4 valve stem caps back on. This is irritating and might seem minor, but it forces me to ask: What else wasn't done right? Spent $110 on an oil change and then had to get replacement caps. [Wasn't worth driving back to Kitchener to make them do it.]

I had an amazing experience at this location - in fact, the best experience I have ever had with anything relating to my car. I had put off getting an oil change because I am nervous to get them as a woman who knows little about cars and having been overly pressured in the past. I always take my partner even though it is my car because I feel like I will get pressured less with someone else around. After driving past this location several times returning from visiting family in Guelph, I looked up the reviews and they were all so positive. I am well overdue for an oil change so decided to go yesterday. I was able to drive right up and since no one else was there at the time, everyone working immediately got to work on my car. I was given options, not made to feel like I had to choose anything expensive, and was in and out in under 10 minutes. It was also way more reasonably priced than other shops I have used in the past. There was about 6 or 7 employees working and all of them were polite, prompt, and helpful. I would absolutely feel confident going alone now and will take my car here for service as long as they are around! I have told several people about how happy I am with this experience.
