North Point - Skyline Living

The staff are nice and helpful. Having more community events would be nice. I do love my apartment. Super clean feel, bright and spacious . It’s pet friendly and I’ve enjoyed my first year here .

My partner and I lived in a 1 bedroom suite and sadly was not able to stay but with the amazing help from Property Manager John, the whole experience has been nothing but amazing.He was always happy and super nice. And if we ever had problem he gave many options for us and went far beyond the help a manager would usually do when we had to leave. I would for sure want to come back to this place if we are at a point where we can move back again.He will do what ever he can to make sure we are comfortable, informed on everything and still be available any time when we have questions.And living there for us was perfect, no noise, clean, everyone was friendly. My 2 cats loved living there. Sometimes they don't like living places but here they were comfortable. As was I. I am still very sad my partner and I were not able to stay.

My experience with North Point was not as a tenant, but was within a professional role as an advocate for a previous tenant within North Point.The Resident Manager, John Bunn, went above and beyond in his role, ensuring an amicable departure for a tenant who was unable to continue their tenancy with North Point. John was efficient, professional, and cordial during the process of moving out.I have been involved in many interactions between tenants and landlords which have not been the greatest experiences, but John showed compassion and empathy to the tenant's situation. I am very impressed and pleased with the knowledge and experience John was able to provide to the tenant, by way of offering support and available options.This interaction with John Bunn was a breath of fresh air. I believe, from my interactions with North Point and Skyline Living, that this residential company has the tenants' best interest at heart.Thank you, John. Your work is greatly appreciated.

My wife and I lived in one of the two-bedroom corner units for about a year. The units are very quiet with minimal noise from your neighbours. We liked the natural light and newer appliances. These units are perfect for a couple, but might be a tight squeeze for a small family.We were happy during our time here and the management at the facility was very receptive to any of our questions and requests. We were always provided with a weeks notice (or more) prior to any maintenance inspections and work orders were always handled and followed up on. Management was extremely friendly and we saw them proactively address issues around the property on multiple occasions.The only downside to the facility is the ambient road noise based on the location of the buildings between two main highways. Other than that, I'd recommend these apartments to anyone.

I loved living here! Great, friendly community! John the building manager is super friendly and helpful.Terrance as well is very friendly and kind. My partner and I lived here for a year and it was beautiful. Incredible location, the mall is 5 min walk away, Starbucks in chapters in like 3 min walk, shoppers is 30 second walk away. If you’re an artist Michaels is also right next to shoppers. There’s also a beautiful walk down to the beach, takes maybe 15-20 mins max. It’s also right off the island hwy.

North Point used to be called North Grove. A high quality place with great sound proofing. Brand new and close to the mall & shopping. Staff are very involved and live on site.I think I remember that Michelle lady. She would terrorize everyone and eventually the management had to ask her to leave. I am so glad to live in a place that looks after the residents this way.

North Point apartments have met all of our expectations of a multi-family complex. New, clean, safe, energy efficient, well-managed, pet friendly and an excellent location. No question we made the right decision by renting at North Point. Best in town!Kevin and Donna

They played hide and seek with my kids during the possession walk through. Absolutely wonderful management!

Just moved in a couple of days ago and it has been awesome: Terrance and John have been super helpful and accommodating, patiently answering my questions and providing information that was needed!Regarding the move, there's a long loading stall right in front of the building that's really convenient. Also sidenote, NOT an ad but may be helpful: it's a TELUS partnered building so if you get TELUS internet (like I did), you don't have to order ahead and wait for the modem to be shipped: it's pre-installed in the unit and can be activated right away. Just to mention b/c TELUS installation email/portal has NOT been clear at all.As others mentioned, it's a newer building with nice modern finish. There's no storage locker but there's a ton of storage in the unit. All in all, highly recommend this place!
