I had an appointment with Joy. She is amazing. I had such a good time and considering I have had the worst week she did exactly what I needed. I barely had to tell her what I wanted and I walked out feeling radiant. I very much enjoy how easy it is to book and how much everyone communicates whether on the phone or social media I feel like I get answers. During covid they made a point to still answer questions. I'm excited that u found a wonderful hairdresser that I can talk books about.The only thing I will say is it is quite pricey but I truly felt so welcomed and taken care of. Thank you orange lily. I will be seeing you again!

I would not go any qhere else to get my hair done. I always have a great experience every time I go in. Joy is an amazing stylist. She always does my hair exactly the way I want it done. Everyone is ALWAYS so nice there!!

Awesome place! JOY did an amazing job on my wife's hair as well as mine. We love the fact that there pet friendly as well.

Good service. Fast booking and clean saloon. Attention to my daughter was very kind and adequate. In general we are reslly happy with the service and we recommend it.

I’ve gone to them about 4 times; each time I go in, they seem to up charge me with out vocalizing the price change I had anticipated. I book online so that I know exactly how much I will be paying, I shouldNt have to pay Extra because so and so decided I needed an extra service. I got my hair bleached and a woman there said she had extra time and asked if she could curl my hair without telling me it would cost an extra 50$... for just a hair curl. Kinda Disappointed, I probably won’t be returning. Please start saying the prices to clients before you decide to just charge them for it, you’ll gain more respect by doing so.

The only place I trust for all my beauty needs. All the stylists are great and always stay up to date .. but Joy is my girl, highly recommend her :) 2 great estheticians there as well. Thanks Britt for always keeping my eyebrows on point! Great fun and relaxing atmosphere.

What a hostile environment, and way over priced. Don’t waste your time or money ! Wouldn’t recommend joy either

Orange Lily is a very expensive, unprofessional haircutting place. I went to go get my hair cut with a specific style in mind. Since I am very meticulous about things, I booked it with JOY (who *supposedly* has more experience.) First mistake, she is SO expensive, and she treated me like I was a mannequin without being able to do what I asked. I showed her the picture, and she said it did not look clear... Her super excuse to ignore what I asked, and do what she wanted. Finally, when she styled the hair, she burned my head a few time, ignoring every time I said OUCH or moved my head away. I asked her to go shorter and she cut WAY TOO much. It was uneven... the whole thing cost like $80plus total, yet I wouldn't even pay $25 for the service. Definitely NEVER going again!!

Staff was extremely unpleasant, very hostile environment and overpriced. 10/10 will not be returning. Do better.

I’m leaving a 3 star because I am not satisfied with how my hair turned out what so ever, considering I paid $275. The lady who did my hair was VERY nice and I had a overall good time. Just the fact my hair looks nothing like how I asked for it to be. She said to come back in a month to get it touched up but I shouldn’t have to come back to get it “touched up” after just paying so much money... :(
