Having a delivery here,there are no signs about the dock,shipping and receiving is horrible. After getting unloaded,I was asking for the shipper BOL and the forklift driver was almost shocked and rising his voice on me, and why I need it. Maybe it’s time to train your employees better..

Worst customer support and damaged product. Purchases new tub shower inclosure several chips between top and bottom layers. From factory sawing. HYTEC recommended I get it professionally repaired at my own cost. It will be my last Kohler product. They do not stand behind their products.

First time here good experience. Receiving is on the right side of the building and shipping is on the left just go to the docs and office is just beside the docs. Easy backup lots of space. Empty my trailer in 20Mins.

I’m a fibreglass technician, mainly specializing in bathtubs, and I’ve found every single Hytech job I go to, the damage is caused by lack of material and backing on the gel coat. Always full of air voids. Make the tubs how you guys were making them 2 years ago, and we’re back to a 5 star review. I’m just hoping someone sees this and makes the change. 09/22/22
