Booster Juice

So I have been coming here for years typically in the AM. This year I have often gone at 7 am to about 7:10 and have frequently found the lights off despite the posted start time. When this happens, I simply drive away saving my ten dollars and have never left a review. Today I arrived at 7:06 AM and despite the lights not being on, I could see a young woman moving around inside. Given that it was within business hours I decided to try the door which was open. The young woman saw me and continued to work with ice about 8 feet from me. At no time did she acknowledge my presence in anyway. There was no, Good morning"

Great tasting shake but overpriced in my opinion. Location had a ton of students lining up around lunch which caused a bit of a wait time and customer service behind the counter was very mediocre.

Always amazing! We took our family of 6 for the BOGO anniversary deal today! The service was quick, delicious & impressive! This location has rockstar workers! They were patient & helpful to explain non-dairy options during a crazy busy time!

Wow. I will not be returning. When does it take 20 min to get a drink?!!!! It’s a smoothie not a 4 course meal!I was the ONLY customer in the store and the manager saw me, made no acknowledgements that I was even there, and made no effort to take my order for the longest time. Apparently washing ALL the blenders and lids was more important than serving customers.When she finally took my order, she began making the smoothie and then walked away. I AGAIN waited while she went to go chop apples because apparently that was more important?? The drink sat in the blender long enough that when I finally asked another employee who had just arrived for her shift, to at least GIVE me my drink, even the employee asked if I wanted it thickened since it had been sitting for so long and had liquified too much.At the time, I didn’t know the person originally serving me was the manager. When I told the manager that that was one of the worst counter services delivered and how it shouldn’t have taken sooooooo long to get ONE smoothie, she argued about how she was working alone and tried to justify her behaviour, making no apologies for how slow the service was or how rude the service was.Having worked in the customer service industry and having been in the same situation as your manager of working “solo”, having had experiences with other establishments where the employee is working alone and handles their job with efficiency, I’d have to say your manager really shouldn’t be a manager if she is unable to prioritize her customers and multi-task on the front line.The employee that did serve me after your manager forgot about my drink altogether, was more than pleasant and seemed much more capable than the manager at not only prioritizing customers, serving customers, and multi tasking. Kudos to her especially since it didn’t appear the manager treated her any better than she does with customers.REALLY, 20 min for a smoothie?To the owner: I would be happy to edit or remove my review upon reviewing the video footage if you would be kind enough to to send it to me. I can assure you that my time in your store was more than 5 minutes.

Called in for a smoothie at 11:30. Was there at 11:40. I work for 12 that’s why I called ahead , there was a line out the door and they simply told me I could not get my order because they have “1000” online orders, I even told them politely that I called ahead ….I walked out the door because that is terrible customer service. Do I wanna give my money to you again booster juice? No thanks. Fix your customer service your going to be loosing a lot of customers with that attitude.

My girl Mackenzie in there is the BEST smoothie creator in the world! She nails it for me every time. Fresh clean and beyond delicious - from day one it felt like a smothie was created just for me! Thank you Mackenzie - see you again soon!

tall guy with black hair and young girl with glasses have great energy, enjoy seeing them be so cheerful they are still quick and efficient with service while having fun!!! Make the trip to this place all the more worth it. Drinks are always above par, a little runny sometimes but still tasty nontheless

Omg the tropikale is the most amazing drink ever. It doesn't look appealing lol but is very delicious.

Pomegranate passion, pomegranate punch and a Brazilian thunder are the typical 3 drinks we get when we head here !!
