After a lot of research, we decided on Quik-Therm insulation for our basement, and the company directed us to Edwin to place our order. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, made sure we had all the materials needed to install the insulation and framing, and was always quick to answer any questions we had. The insulation itself is easy to work with and install. And when it's used with the Quik-Therm Warm Floor insulation, it even works as a radon barrier! If you're finishing a basement, I highly recommend contacting Effective Thermal Solutions and learning why Quik-Therm is such a great choice for basement insulation!

I’m so glad I found Effective Thermal Solutions on Kijiji. Have a house with 2x4 walls and wanted to improve its R value by putting 2” foam insulation on it. Met up with Edwin and he was extremely informative and awesome to deal with. His product is far superior than any other that I came across. The foam has the strapping built into it and priced better than other products I checked into. It was easy to install and went on quickly. I went with vinyl siding so the siding simply gets nailed onto the strapping I noticed my house is quieter already and the air conditioning doesn’t run as much. Can’t wait to see how much warmer it will be in the winter. Edwin was always quick to answer the phone to help a fella out with any questions. Would highly recommend Edwin and his products to anyone!! Thanks so much Edwin!
