It's clear Metro is facing a pretty major financial shortfall, using today's money to pay yesterday's bills. I can see the signs as I've been there before, but you need to be honest with people, and they aren't doing that.Do not work for Metro unless you are paid prior to loading. To be clear - we were paid in full, but well past the agreed upon terms and after many missed payment deadlines. Since then I've had to assist way too many carriers with collecting from Metro, and based on the reviews, it's not getting better.

Stay away from this company. It does NOT pay their bills to their suppliers. We provided transportation services and they have an overdue balance for more than 100 days!!!

If you are a freight/trucking company, do NOT work with them as they don't pay the bills. Don't answer the phone calls or emails, very bad experience.

As a first time customer, I called Steve at 12:45PM for an inquiry. I gave him the go ahead at around 1, and they had my 16 nipples ready before 5PM the same day. Amazing customer service!

Great service everytime! New owner is making changes and bringing in more stock. Tool and truck rentals available as well as pipe bending service and delivery. Large selection of new and old breakers of all sizes and types. Im told a new website will be up shortly as well.

Really bad experience with Metro Systems Ltd. We haul a Crane parts California to Alberta. Freight arranged by Logistics Manager ( Tanja Edward) who worked for Metro Systems Ltd. Almost 90 days passed away and no payment was received yet. Trying to call them a few times and send a few emails but every time answer back from Metro Systems Ltd. is ( we don't know about your payments)(Worst experience ever with Metro System Ltd)Funny thing is that: Logistics Manager (Tanja Edwards) makes a fake profile on Google and submits fake reviews on us. We have all the evidence

Read multiple bad reviews from other transport companies and there seems to be a pattern of not paying their carriers until half a year later. If we try contacting them by phone or email we never receive a response.
