Thank you for Kevin and the team at Hanford Tire & Service for the exceptional service when I had my car in to have the winter tires installed. The staff are always pleasant and respectful. I went in with a blown tire in the morning on my commute to work. The owner there helped me so much fixed my tire up and greeted me with the best customer service and understanding of the repair of tire. Highly recommend

Always great service at Hanford's. I had a flat tire tire over the weekend and they were able to accommodate me on Monday morning during a very busy time. I dropped off the tire and it was repaired and installed on my vehicle the next day. I have been purchasing tires here for years and am always treated like a valued customer.

Going into a car shop as a female is sometimes intimidating, but not here!! The staff are so nice, friendly and they really take the time to explain things in a way so you can understand. I had a great experience bringing in my Santa Fe last week and will continue to come here for my car repairs. We also got a great deal on tires. Thank you!

The very professional and ultra friendly staff greeted me and confirmed in detail exactly what maintenance would be completed on my vehicle. I even received a courtesy car to use while mine was being worked on. The work was done in good time and was less expensive than expected. I have been using Hanford Tire for many years and have full confidence and trust that they'll keep my vehicles properly maintained and safe all at very reasonable prices. I won't go anywhere else!

Excellent customer service experience at Hanford Tire. Jeremy gave us great recommendations for new tires for our car and answered any questions we had. The friendly, courteous and professional staff had my tires installed in an hour. Large, bright and clean waiting area with wifi, washroom and tea, coffee and water available. Highly recommend!
