This dental office is one of the best I have ever been to. Everyone immediately made me feel at ease. Karla and Dr. Caissie have the gentlest touch. You feel welcomed as soon as you enter the front door. So happy to have found them!

Pleasant, friendly environment and personnel. My hygienist was very helpful and explained everything she was doing. Dentist seemed concerned about providing a professional experience and 'only'doing what was necessary...not what he could convince me to do. I felt I could trust him. Which is important as we need to trust those who provide expertise which we know nothing about.

This is a five star “Resort”. Being a retired medical professional I can truly say that Dr. Parkins, Tereena and the entire staff are all 5 plus star in their approach and medical treatment of your dental needs. Dr. Parkins is not just personable but his dental expertise and surgical skills are excellent. I had a molar extraction with NO pain, no swelling post op and virtually no pain after the freezing subsided. This result is definitely a testament to Dr. Parkin’s surgical skill. Thank you, thank you for this amazing positive experience!!!

I am so grateful for Dr. Parkins and the entire staff at Copper City Dental! I was visiting Kootenay National Park when my tooth chipped! I called Copper City Dental and they saw me the very next morning! Dr. Parkins was able to assess the damage and repaired my crown in 30 minutes! He did an amazing job. His kind and caring demeanor was most appreciated by this 63-year old stranger from Hawaii. His patients are very lucky to have him in Invermere!

I’ve always hated the dentist but Brooke is amazing! She’s very very gentle, always checks in to see how you’re doing! I had cavities, she was So gentle with every step, from X-rays, putting the “tent” over the tooth, made sure I didn’t walk out with blood all over my face haha let’s be honest we all hate flossing but she was amazing! Very little to no pain!

We wish we had visited Copper City Dental years ago! My family and I will never go to any other dentist, now that we have been here! The whole staff are super friendly and were so patient and understanding about our dental nervousness and tooth work. We have also set up *Invisalign* to straighten our Crooked Teeth. We cannot thank your Professional Staff enough! For once our kids actually feel comfortable to see a dentist, myself included!10 stars!!!
