I like the inclusive feel of this studio, some spin/ work out places can feel intimidating/ pretentious but all of my experiences at Cadence have been positive.I've tried different classes through class pass and thee 45 minute spin is perfect for me and the 45 minute work out classes upstairs are also great! The staff are really friendly, welcoming and remember people's names which I find impressive and also elevates the experience!Updating my review to reiterate everything I said before, the ambiance is great, the staff are great and the members are also pretty awesome. I really enjoy going to Cadance :)

I've been meaning to write a review for a while!I have been coming here since April 2019 and I absolutely love everything about this place. The staff and instructors are SO friendly and always smiling (even at 6am!!) and the studio itself is bright and chic. I have had classes with almost all of their instructors now, and have yet to be let down (I especially love the classes with the optional 10 min of arm exercises at the end!). Upbeat classes with great music, often a variety of hills and speed, and the cool towels they provide you 2/3 of the way through class are the BEST (and they have coffee for their weekday morning and weekend classes which I love). Cadence is a great community and is super inclusive, whether you are a 'regular' or a first-time rider. I was nervous the first time I went because I've heard stories of some spin studios being kind of 'clique-y', but I've always felt totally welcomed at Cadence from my first visit onwards. They also just opened up a movement studio two doors down, and I have been to a few of their classes (AAA & Strengthen + Lengthen) and I really, really like them. I find it's a great way to incorporate some variety and strength training into my otherwise really spin-heavy exercise routine!! I also like that they have generally worked out the schedules of both spin + movement classes to align (one after the other), so you can spend a couple hours at the studios and feel like you got a killer workout. Thanks Cadence!!

I tried spin for the first time at Cadence on a class pass. I'm a fair weather cyclist but was intimidated by some of the more .. vibey studios. Cadence is much better for me! The instruction is clear, the music is good but not too loud, and there's a true diversity of patrons. There's no weird dance-y bits on the bike in the classes I've been to, and no strange screaming or hollering. I do wish there were more showers and proper lockers, but as I'm in the neighborhood it doesn't bug me. I love Cadence!

I have been going to Cadence for more years than I can count. Cadence was the first spin studio I ever attended and it wasn’t until I started to travel for work more and attend classes in other cities that I realized how lucky I was. There are no disco lights and there is no pretentiousness … just great fitness classes in a supportive environment. The classes truly cater to all levels from beginner to elite. There are no rankings and people are not compared to one another. Instead, everyone is pushed to work within themselves and for themselves.

Honestly, I've never been a spin person but Cadence has me convinced! Great instructors, varied classes that feel challenging but without the gimmicks, and overall good time. Go to Cadence!

I absolutely love this spin studio. The studio is small but cozy and has a welcoming atmosphere serving free coffee after early morning classes. I’ve had classes with 5 different instructors and they’ve all been fantastic. The classes are a great balance between being technical and energetic without the “dance” component. Plus they provide cold towels over half way during your ride so you can refresh which is a huge bonus I haven’t had at any other studio. Highly recommend
