Our 6 month old Bernedoodle puppy Harper had a lot to learn in terms of manners. She was very excitable, jumped up on people and dogs, pulled on the leash, and had a bad habit of picking up leaves and garbage while out for walks. We were especially concerned about her determination to eat random things on the ground after she became very sick from getting into infected goose poop, and we wanted to avoid having to use a muzzle on walks.After completing the 4 week program with Belen, we have seen a major transformation in our dog. Harper responded to the training incredibly well, and is now a model canine citizen. She's calm and confident in her interactions with people and dogs, walks beautifully on leash, and now has a clear understanding of what is and isn't acceptable. Reinforcing leave it" has made our walks far less stressful

Before training with Belen, our dog was all over the place. Destructive at home, chewing on baseboards, pulling us on walks, barking when people would come to the door and jumping.After training with Belen, DeeDee is a new dog, thanks to her!I could actually take her for a walk now, instead of her taking me for one. When we go to off leash dog parks, she comes when I call her. Belen also helped us with crate training.Belen listens to you and your needs and concerns. She is so kind and patient and DeeDee ABSOLUTELY LOVES her! We are so happy to have found her and we highly recommend her services.

Before working with Belen I used to refer to my GSD pup as a velociraptor! After working with Belen for 5 weeks he is a completely different dog! He listens and we can trust him not destroy things in the house! Having people come over is calmer now that he’s not running at people and jumping on them at the door! I would 100% recommend Sunny dog training to anyone with a puppy! Absolutely amazing results! My GSD is so much calmer!

Before training, Darwin was incredibly difficult to walk. What should have been the best part of my day, became a huge task. He constantly pulled and was reactive to essentially everything that moves. Darwin would lunge towards cars, bikes, joggers, and other dogs. After training, Darwin is a joy to walk. He is no longer pulling me off my feet and walks at my side. His reactivity has improved so much and he is more confident when we go out. Belen has been wonderful through this process and has taught Darwin and I so much! I would recommend this training to anyone who is looking to have an easier time with their dog.

We loved working with Belen!!! Our husky was really difficult to walk, he pulled a lot, would leap at other dogs and had a difficult time paying attention to us while outside. After completing the four week program we have seen huge improvements. He walks on a slack leash and is much less interested in other dogs while out walking. He’s also gotten a lot calmer in the house. Belen made the training very approachable and easy to follow and was really kind and lovely to work with. Highly recommended!

Belen is fantastic! It was wonderful working with her and my dog. Before the training I was too nervous to walk my dog in crowded areas, or take her to off leash dog parks. Since working with her Luna can be walked in the city and has enjoyed many a good romp at local dog parks. The training was really fun for me and Luna, and Belen was really patient and supportive! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm so glad to have chosen Sunny Dog Training to help me with my dog. Although I love my dog very much, he's very highly anxious, would growl, lunge at people and go after dogs he's not familiar with. Despite my efforts to understand his needs, I still required guidance. The training was amazing! It was very simple and easy to take in, I've learned so much from it, discovered things I've never thought of, but most of all, it gave me the tools I needed to comfort me and my dog's anxiety. Now, he listens to me better, I can walk him with ease and he no longer reacts to people like before. I'm very happy to have been part of this training and definitely recommend it. Especially if you have an older dog like mine, it's never too late to teach something new!

Belen was super helpful!! Before, taking Cosmo on walks and having new people over was quiet nerve wracking. Now he’s not lunging at squirrels or people and he has a better idea of what to when things get overly exciting. Would recommend sunny dog training for anyone with a new pup or needing a refresher on the core habits :))

Belen is very knowledgeable and experienced with dogs. My 7-year old French bulldog was very leash reactive before, pulling on leash, barking at other dogs uncontrollably and jump on strangers, walking with my dog before was always very stressful. He went through a 4- week training program with Belen and now he’s a completely different dog. He’s much more calm with people and dogs and it’s very rewarding experience for us to see his transformation.
