My experience with Adam and the team at Winmar was very positive. I had an issue with water in my basement, and their team was prompt and tidy. The post follow up provided me with the necessary information to make the repairs needed in my home. Adam was very professional.

Customer service was excellent. Eric, and his team at WinMar, responded quickly and efficiently to assess the damage and immediately put a restoration plan in place. Appointments were set to happen as soon as possible: usually between a day to a week from the last visit.Our weekly phone calls to the office were always met with courtesy and respect, kept us informed, and kept us up to date.The crews worked expertly and efficiently the quality of the trades people doing the restoration, from demolitionto installation of drywall, carpentry, and flooring was excellent.When needed, Eric was firm in advocating for us and accepted no excuses from a subcontractor. The quality of the restoration, the professionalism and respect of everyone we met was great.We would definitely use WinMar again and recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or general contracting.

Jordan and his team have done an incredible job with our water damaged house. Not only were they very quick in reacting to our first call, they also have been excellent at communicating with us, and giving us additional support during a very stressful time. Now that they are almost finished putting things back together, we can't say enough about what a professional team they are, and how great our restored house looks. John and Josh were our floor installers after a flood happened in our basement. John promised to make our new floors look amazing and he didn't disappoint. His professionalism and flooring installation skills were 5 star. Was also impressed with how he took his time to explain to us the process and how it would come together and do check ins to insure our satisfaction. John also was thoughtfully training Josh in his methods of installation. They both work so well together. Josh himself was kind, polite, professional and great to work with. We would have them back anytime and made the ordeal so much better.Jordan Robbins was our project manager for the repairs. He was easy to reach, communicate with and helped us along with understanding the process. He coordinated a great team of people to help us and we swift to help dry the water up for us. He did site inspections regulatory and made flooring recommendations which we appreciated. He was professional through the whole process. His team of movers, which I am failing to remember the ladies names which is terrible, but they were amazing and worked so hard to pack and organize our contents.Thanks WINMAR.

We would like to thank everyone at Winmar for the excellent restoration job they did to our home after a pipe burst and created water damage.We are sorry we didn’t get the name of the ladies who came to do the initial cleanup, but they were on the job even though it was late in the evening.Vlad was an excellent manager and kept us informed throughout, always taking our calls and helping us sort our flooring and paint problems.We cannot say enough great things about Junior, Trinity and Thomas, who came to do our painting and repairs. Their work was awesome and they were easy to get along with.Along the way, we had a few other people to help us and they were fantastic as well.For sure your employees are your strength.

Eric and staff at WINMAR went an extra mile to see to it that I was totally satisfied with their service. Communication was easy and they were on the site on time every day they were here. I could leave the house and know that I could trust them to work hard, and that they did. They were careful to put down a cloth for their foot-path and sealed the doorway to keep the job contained to their area. Afterwards the rooms they worked in were very clean and Eric had a concise plan of replacing everything torn out at a fair price, I thought. Just call WINMAR, they'll get you back to normal in no time.

We had an opportunity to work with Eric and his team after a substantial flood in our home. Not only did he respond immediately (after midnight) he stayed and took extensive photos and notes to ensure our claim was properly prepared. Eric was understanding and professional, making sure our every concern was addressed and any work done, by any company we hired, was completed to our approval without any hassle. Mathis and Jeff were friendly, skilled and very clean as they basically rebuilt a quarter of our home. I enjoyed working with them alot, and loved their humor and personalites.I can't remember all of the Winmar staff that helped us, but I hope they know we appreciate there efforts and are very thankful for their help recovering from our 2020 flood. Our family would gladly have any of the winmar staff back in our home.

From start to finish, I couldn't be more satisfied with Winmar, particularly Eric and the staff that were at my home immediately after my flood and again to fix the damage. Dealing with Eric was such a pleasure! The workmanship is excellent and what a wonderful crew. I can't say enough about all of them and I highly recommend Winmar.

I can’t say enough good things about the WinMar team.From Adam arriving within the hour late in the evening to Paulina and her crew members finding and stopping our water leak, we were treated with fairness and professionalism.What stood out for us is that they did what they said they would do, they showed up when they said they would and they followed up so that we knew what was going on.Adam was excellent liaising with our insurance company and explaining step by step what the process was and what follow up would occur.Overall, everything from clean up to safety was considered and I would heartily recommend using WinMar to anyone.
