Nichole Channel spoke with me disrespectful both of them have no manners how to talk with senior I’m client for spectrum how many years This is the respect you guys giving old clients I never speak with no one many years .few days before saying Carmen can’t come to this area so suddenly start misbehaving Carmen no coming and we won’t have one or two person for week every business have some secrets without investigation about your employee who spoke about me negatively should speak up with your client too.How come Spectrum higher these kind of employees, they can’ chat with their employees with misbehaving not with clients.Carmen have told something about me which will be 100% wrong. Better ask me what happened so suddenBetter watch your mouth both of you otherwise Spectrum need a big lock to shut down the business.

Well-managed home health care with extraordinary services, majority of their health care providers are very skilled and surprisingly found some PSWs highly knowledgeable.

Great company to work for.

My Mom is receiving service from Spectrum Health Care as she is permitted hours through Central LHIN. Yes the PSW’s are lovely - they are caring, kind and do great work. The issue is with the administration and management of Spectrum. When advocating for my Mom’s service and health needs this resulted in phone call messages that were not returned, playing the “blame game” and excuses. Requested meetings did not happen unless forced and requests/notes were not put in her file. I would NEVER hire private hours from this company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would pathetic.

Horrible, unprofessional, no gentle care, incompetent, a complete joke, this agency needs to be shut down, so disrespectful with seniors. They play games. Office workers, coordinators are a joke. PSW do not do the work they are sent to do. This company should be investigated by the labour board. Ford is paying them extra. Only 10% of these people deserve a raise.
