So unhappy with the experiences I have had twice now with the girl working today at 3:30. She is unprofessional, unkind, and acts suspicious over nothing. Please hire someone else over her. I dread coming here, and hope she isn’t working.

Neither Google maps, the slip left by the post officer, nor Canada Post's website stated this location would be closed today starting at 3pm.All 3 spots list this location as open until 9pm on today. Furthermore, none of these 3 spots list the modified holiday hours for the remainder of this week.I understand postal workers are probably catching up on holidays after a busy Christmas season, but it shouldn't be difficult for Canada Post to update holiday hours on their website and in Google maps in 2022.

They didn't deliver my parcel to my door. But left a slip instead. The old Sobeys location closed down so had to come here. The slip said pickup next day. But Samantha helped me out. Super nice customer service! They're probably swamped with parcels from the other neighborhood since the other post office closed down. Happy to see them try their best at this location with twice the load

I would just like to say how happy I am to even write a review which I never usually do! But Cheryl made me happy very much! I came super last minute since I saw on the tracking that it is ready for pick up even if the slip says the next day, CHERYL the post office manager was really kind and helped me to the best of her ability. We need people like Cheryl specially during this holiday season! I hope she will get recognize by the company. Thank you Cheryl, i am an office manager myself and I know how sometimes dealing with customers can be stressful but you showed true skills.

Used to have a friendly staff but the new lady is the complete opposite. She has this condescending tone whenever she speaks. The last time I went here is when I was totally dumbfounded when she opened my box without even asking! Like seriously? My box wasn't sealed yet and she opened it and peeked what's inside! Are you even allowed to open parcels? I decided to go to a different post office. I'm not going back here unless this lady doesn't work here anymore.

The worst post office ever. The old one in the Riverbend Sobeys was so much better. I’ve been turned away because: Staff can’t find the parcel you have a notification for; staff can’t figure out to work the register: staff go on an extended unscheduled lunch break, staff are so slow that there is a line up of 8 or more…

Sad Sad and Sad. Went today to be met with 1 of 2 signs. Back at 2:15 Sorry" I am assuming the employee went to lunch which they totally entitled to. Leadership should make appropriate plans should there be a shortage of staff. A shortage is no excuse. A sorry on a piece of cardboard ripped off a box. Not professional. Do you folk not at least have a piece of paper and not a piece of ripped up board? Another note written on a dirty white board was "Sorry we cannot accept parcels as our system is down. This is true for all CP locations". I tried another location and there were no issues. Come on!!!"

I really miss the sweet and kind woman who used to work at this post office. (I think she retired?) Even if there was a line, she was cheerful and tried her best to help the customers as quickly as possible.Now that she is gone, I try to avoid this post office. Her replacement is cold and seems annoyed to be there.

I have to give a bad review bc they closed for an entire day due to lack of staff. there should always be enough staff to keep a post office open. sounds like management did not feel like covering a sick employee. the problem is driving the entire way there is a cost to the customer
