It was my first time painting. Daniel was patiently explain so many details to us, a beginner. He explains what we should need for painting, but didn't force us to buy, even telling us there's promotions coming in soon, come when promotion applies. He is very nice

Service, matching needs to products. Great personalized service that you don't get in chain hardware stores. If an employee cannot answer/recommend product, usually senior employee/manager on premises to share extended knowledge.

I started coming to this store because of my first walk in transaction. Daniel and his team gave me superb experience.As a general contractor sometimes problems happen and a big one did during a painting contract. Daniel and his team knew how to step up and help solve the issue. They did not just sit there blinking there eyes and do nothing to help like most of today's retail stores do. They stepped up and gave me and my client a good resolution.

First time coming over here to buy paints and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. They gave me advice into choosing the right paint for me. In addition, Marc Andre took the time to make sure I have exactly what I need and teach me about different kinds of paint and equipment needed for the job.On a side note, I came by Sunday because google map said it is opened, but they are indeed closed on Sunday

Received great service here. Great product with excellent quality. We painted our house about 3 years ago and it still looks like freshly painted. The staff is very helpful. When we cannot find the right color from the fan deck, he offered to customize the color to match exactly what we were looking for. Thank you very much for the excellent services and products.

This is the kind of customer service they teach in textbooks . When the rep goes above and way beyond what’s expected of him.Me , being a first time home buyer with no experience of paint came clueless to the store .Brandon stayed with me for almost 2h to guide me on what decision to make according to my budget and needs.He stayed almost half hour after closing time to make sure I left the right equipment and paint.Brandon should get raise for that exceptional serviceWill definitely go back if I need more paint
