I booked appointment for 4:10 for my covid vaccine . They were giving priorities for walk in ,everyone came after finished before me.

I would highly recommend it.He was very knowledgeable, gave me a fair deal and delivered on everything he said .

Great service. I'm always pleased with the way I'm treated here. Waiting times can vary, specially for new prescriptions. But that is made better by how helpful, knowledgeable and outright great their staff is. I've been going to this store since February and I don't plan on switching anytime soon!

This review is for the *Pharmacy* - specifically *Maritess*I arrived to pick up my meds on a Saturday during a long weekend rush. After a very long wait in line, I learned at the counter that the automated system made a mistake!The computer called me days before to say pickup was ready for 1pm the next day (and I waited an extra one) - - but the computer called and promised the meds before any human on site could notice: They didn't have enough pills to satisfy the order!Totally understandable hiccup.Maritess was slammed, I was having a quiet, internal panic attack (totally out of my meds) and she put together a partial* order of what I needed despite being overwhelmed by crazies like me.Maritess is the reason I come to Billy Bishop location Costco - She's a consummate professional, and I only ever feel well taken car of when I pick up my prescription from her.

Have always a great experience with the staff ! They have ways been willing to help and answer questions to the re best ability off the top of there head ! I appreciate there help and the savings I get from gas and coffee etc just to name the big ones.. if they could only sell alcohol now ! hmmm

Flu shot experience is a disaster. Didn't tell us it's for 65+ only this week or shipment comes at 11am when we hand in our forms at 9:30am. Only found that out after waiting for a few hours.Other pharmacy experience isn't great either, found out I had a discount code but didn't tell me until a year later. Very unprofessional and staff does not care.

I regret switching over to this pharmacy. I have a complex medical history with about 9 different prescriptions, but they can't seem to figure out how to get them all linked to the same account. It actually seems like they just don't care to fix this issue so I have to call in each time instead of being able to renew online.

They have great prices and are usually not beat on price. The pharmacy staff are overall very helpful. This is a very busy pharmacy, but they have helped me when I am out of a Rx. They have many regular non-prescription items at very good prices.

They lost my order which I had called before. Then they could not fulfill my prescription. They do not act like professional people
