I highly recommend this plumbing store. Nicolas Jr (and senior :)) offer great customer service. I mainly dealt with Jr. They are always responsive to any questions via phone or even email. During the pandemic, it was so hard to find people that actually cared and this family goes above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are also very fair. I highly recommend doing business with them as they guarantee their product meets your needs.I renovated both my bathroom with their products, they accommodated me when I needed a different shower head without a fuss. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Highly recommend! I came to F.Ravary during Quebec's construction week where most shops were closed. Dominque at the store was helpful and knowledgeable. When shown a part with no brand nor label, he was able to quickly identify and recommend a replacement part. He was also very patient and solution oriented. When one option didn't work out, he suggested alternatives. Would certainly go back there for any plumbing needs.

Service after sale leaves much to be desired.Left messages for both Nicholas to call me to sort out a problem about a fixture under warranty for which I misplaced bill but neither ever returned my repeated calls.

Unfortunately their service is no longer what it was. I got extremely bad treated as if my presence was disturbing their work. I strongly recommend you make an appointment before showing up, apparently that’s how they operate now, even though there is no indication on their website. I drove from Lachine to make sure I encourage local businesses, sadly it seems their success got to their head and they forgot about customer service. Their price is no longer competitive, I found the exact same items, at the same price, with impeccable service at Espace Plomberium.
