I made an appointment with My Garage Airdrie for a full vehicle maintenance. Every step of the way, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I dropped my vehicle off right at opening (7:30AM) and was provided a warmed up courtesy vehicle for the day. The vehicle was fully electric which was great as I did not have to gas it up upon return. They provided me text updates throughout the day, and a thorough report of the inspection with photos. Upon pick up, the dash had been wiped down of any dust and water bottles supplied in the front cup holders. The whole process was extremely pleasant and efficient. This is the first time I have taken my car to be serviced outside of a dealership and can confidentially say I will now be switching over to My Garage Airdrie!

Scott and Chris were great to deal with, prompt replies to emails and phone calls. Stayed on budget to their estimate. No nonsense or up selling. Will be my go to in the future.

Chris pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is running great. Been coming to My Garage since it opened with all my vehicles and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend this outfit!

My Garage is an amazing local Buisness in Airdrie .I have been taking my Toyota here for years . They may be the most honest and responsible garage I have been to .The word is their bond . I can not stress this enough .Their work is very high quality and they will not cut any corners.If you are looking for the most honest mechanic in alberta look no further !

Hands down the best experience I have had at any garage . The owner and staff go above and beyond! They had my vehicle done in a timely manner knowing I was leaving town. When another issue came up the following day, I reached out to the owner via email and told him what was going on. The next business day Chris contacted me, I was out of town at work but he had my vehicle towed to the shop(at their expense) so no other damages would be done and completely covered the repair cost. They even had my vehicle brought back to my home once the work was done so it was there for me when I returned. I was in complete awe when I seen that they had even detailed my vehicle and left a gas gift card inside! I highly recommend Chris and his team for any of your vehicle needs!

I don’t make reviews on a regular basis but My Garage Garage in Airdrie deserves it. By far, the best collection of talented mechanics that love what they do. I’ve been coming here for many years because of the service, the sharing of knowledge, technical skills is beyond compare to any other shop I’ve been too! This team digs being mechanics (on both gas and EV), they always find a way to WOW me. As a customer I’ve learned a lot, over the years and have experienced service beyond any standard. Go to this garage and get your work done, you will NOT be disappointed!

I want to give a big thanks to Jay and Dan for doing a great job rebuilding and making right the differential on car after years of problems from another local garage's shoddy work. It's nice to have a silent diff that doesn't whine and leak oil. They are very professional and provided me updates and pictures of the problems and what needed to be repaired. They also have free loaner cars which is very convenient.

The service was amazing right from the start, I stopped by without an appointment just hoping to get a quick estimate to repair minor body damage on my car, not only did they happily look at my car immediately but they were able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes to complete the work and had me back out the door in no time. They were quick to be able to fix my car and more importantly they were cheaper than the other estimate that I had, Scott and Chris went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone that needs automotive service to give them a try.

I don't remember exactly how many years ago, a friend of mine said I should give Chris a call if I needed anything for my vehicles. He was just starting up a new shop (and had mobile service at the time as well) in Airdrie and this friend said he was a great guy and an incredible technician.Well that could not have been more of an understatement!From day 1 you could feel the honesty, professionalism and intent to do what is in the best interest of the customer at all times!Every vehicle I have (had) has been serviced at his shop since.The team he has built through trust, teaching and just plain caring, is top notch! Everything they do or say is the highest of professional standards and you are treated with the utmost respect.You will never again have to wonder if what is being quoted to you is neccesary. I know that is an anxiety for many people. It just does not exist here!I could go on and on but you won't fully understand until you give them a shot.
