Disappointed with the service at this location. We were asked to pull forward to wait for the order to be filled. After sitting there watching 5 cars behind us get their orders while we still waited I returned to the window to inquire about my order, but was just asked to pull forward as that was their policy. We didn't understand why our order seemed to be so complicated. Had we been told in advance when ordering that we might have to wait, we would have likely chosen something else. We thought our bill was a little high, then we discovered that several things had been added to our order that we did not order. Maybe some 'policies' need to change.

Great staff. Courteous. Counter service could be a bit more attentive to take orders or folks wanting to pay cash. Or if you had a problem with the kiosk. Fries are always perfect! I found that the burgers tend to be dry. Big Mac's are often swimming in Secret sauce and the burger often becomes deconstructed because everything slides off the sauce. Stick with the quarter pounders or other burgers. Washroom men's is clean.

This McDonald's location is the worst of all the McDonald's in St. AlbertDo not order a latte or espresso as the staff seems to avoid using that machine.It takes them literally 5 mins to start making my drink.I set my stopwatch as soon as my meal is bagged and usually wait at least 5 mins before I have to ask someone to make my latte.I have spoken to the manager a few times and yet no changes as of this morning while my food goes cold, I wait for my latte. I'd suggest removing the espresso machine entirely.

Drive thru service was fast. Hashbrown was fresh and hot. Sausage in my mcmuffin was hot but old/stale.Service could be friendlier. After my payment went through, all the lady said was, see ya.""

I asked for plain patties with a side of mustard. He argued with me that they didn't have mustard. He finally said he would go ask, apparently they do have mustard. We picked up our order at the next window. No mustard! I went in and asked for mustard, the guy at the til says we have bi mustard! Seriously, so he said he'd go ask. He came back with my mustard. They do have mustard!

The signs say open 24 hours. This is incorrect. Hours are inconsistent. I have been there many times to find the drive thru blocked with cones and no one there. The food is pretty standard and the service is good. They do serve the best coffee at a reasonable price. However, I am going to Tim's due to the inconsistencies in staff attendance. Unfortunately, I start work early (7AM) and the second best coffee has the best service, therefore McD's has lost my business.

during daytime hours this location is OK, the usual Macdonald issues.at night how ever it's hit or miss if it's even open. always run on minimal staff if it is even open. the quality of service and food goes down significantly in the later hours due to this shortage of employees or choices to run the location with so little employees .even when closed this store locations still accepts online orders. very frustrating to purchase an order only to find out the store is closed and that your payment has been accepted.

Wear your ear defenders to this store!! The manager in the mornings yells at the staff, I'm sure it does not motivate them. The yelling makes for an unpleasant experience. Front counter service is bad, there is more attention given to the drive through, they don't even acknowledge customers when they are standing at the front counter waiting. The music in the dinning area is so loud you can't even hear the person talking at your table!!

Not sure what happened to this location. They used to be 24 hours and it seems like they like to close down at random times so you never know if they are open or not. The food used to be fresh and now I have gotten dried up buns and cookies more often than not.Nobody answers the phone and about 4 times of of 10 I would get my drink spilt on me because they don’t know how to put lids on correctly or just so used to rushing that it gets missed.I just ordered a Big Mac and again the buns are hard and it’s not even noon yet.Why do I continue to come back? I live across the street and closest place to grab a coffee and a snack.The coffee is great though, I’ll give them that.
