Can't say enough good things about this company.I ordered a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2. It arrived hand delivered to my door in about 5 days. The quality was like brand new. You really would not be able to tell the difference between a refurbished chair vs a brand new one.Customer service at this company is one of the best experiences I've had to date. Ryan is incredibly responsive and takes excellent care of customers.Highly recommend purchasing products from this company. 10/10.

Fast shipping and the condition of my Leap V2 looks new. The chair is quite squeaky when reclining though.Would have wanted a bit more communication; ordered the chair and emailed to ask when it would be delivered so I can arrange to be home that day but got a call when I was at work that it would be delivered that day. It didn’t end up being an issue but wish I got a bit of a heads up.

I picked up my dream chair from them - the Leap V2 which is also the one I have at my office. I needed to build a home office for working from home. Ordering was easy and pickup was even easier. Love these guys. Will recommend others

Ordered a Steelcase Leap v2 from this company on the 23rd of August and it arrived today in perfect condition. The cylinder is brand new, the locking mechanism works perfectly, arm rests look pristine and the recline is as smooth as a new chair.As for new upholstery, the fabric is def tough stuff with high rub count, it was perfectly applied to the seat with no wrinkles.Very happy with my purchase! will be doing business again in the future I'm sure. Also special shoutout to Ryan for helping me every step of the way!

Worst experience ever....what a SCAM...I purchased a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron Chair for almost $1000 (with shipping), but it turns out I purchased expensive garbage. It looks new, but once I sit, the chair is wobbly, and it's not stable. When I move close to the desk, it is inclined forward with weird clicking sound. Considering the main function of a chair is stability, but it wasn't. I wanted to get a refund since it didn't reach my expectations. I tried to contact Ryan, and he said he will send someone to pick up the chair. However, I didn't get any answer from him. I tried to contact the company by email or phone, but NO ONE answered ..only machine voice. Even if I left messages many times, no one called me back. I regret buying a refurbished(it's not what they called) chair instead a new one. Please consider again if you don't want to waste your money.

Had a few small issues with my chair a few months back. E-mail and got an extremely prompt response. A week later they had replaced my chair, delivery covered and everything. Super impressed.

Ordered online on Thursday, received Monday at noon. Same as other reviewers, the chair is as good as new in my eyes. I have the Aeron on work, but chose the Mirra for home because it's smaller (and cheaper). It's very comfortable. It's also nice not to have to assemble anything. Bravo.

Great experience. Bought a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 and it's like new. You have to book an appointment for the showroom, but otherwise straightforward.They also have a 30-day return policy, which competitors like Track Office Furniture don't have.

I keep receiving unsolicited emails from Elaine Somers. I have had no prior contact with this company. I do not even live in the same country that they do business. The directions to unsubscribe obviously do not do a single thing because I get blasted with emails. Very unprofessional people and marketing at this business.

We bought Used office furniture from them and you'd never know it was used. They refurbished our workstations and provided us with good service. We saved tons of money from buying new office furniture too. I'd recommend them any time.
