REVIEW PART 3:Not long after review part 2, the car experienced some reoccurring warning light issues, mainly the BAS/ESP. From this point NCS asked me to deal directly with Dodge (and asked me to use the receipt I was provided from their previous repair). I took this as I was on my own from this point forward. I had the car serviced at Aurora Chrysler where I was told that the light was on and I had to replace an axle, in addition to a seized spring for that particular issue (after repair the light came on driving home that very day). Perhaps I will follow-up with a review of that dealership in the future or mabey this warning light is meant to stay on forever :) :) :) some cars are like that. Outside of that issue the engine runs good and the car looks great for its age. Cross my fingers it lasts.Authored by John Romanovich (Car Purchaser), of Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.*The author reserves the right to update this review at anytime.REVIEW PART 2:After +2 weeks the manager reached out advising Chrysler replaced the PCM and my Dodge Charger and re-programmed the car. I was really appreciative of NCS Leasing for the repair and returning me a car in a safe condition, in fact to my knowledge the car additionally received some factory recall work. When I arrived at NCS Leasing I had the opportunity to thank the dealership for there kindness and willingness to help, they in reciprocation also thanked me for my patience and understanding ... a situation that was honestly unpreventable on either end. NCS Leasing did not ask for any compensation and paid for the repair. So what might someone expect when dealing with the company NCS Leasing & Sales? In my opinion the company and its employee will go beyond their responsibilities to satisfy a customer, but more importantly stand behind their product and good name. On departure, I was walked to my car and guided out of the parking lot for safety. This is intended to be an un-bias honest review, I hope it will help instil confidence in one or more reader should they be visiting this establishment for there next used vehicle.PART 1:I purchased a used car with my son, our primary concern was to find a vehicle certified with a safety report. I was happy to find a car sold in this condition and at a reasonable price. I told the salesman Mathew I was not wanting a fix-me-up-er. He gave me reassurance this was a family owned business that stands behind there cars. On delivery the dealer went beyond painting the doors after I had asked to remove the trim on the side of the car. At no fault of buyer/seller, the car the very next day ran into an electrical issue (almost ever warning light appeared on the dash). I lost a lot of sleep that night. The following day I contacted NCS Leasing and was redirected to call the owner, who quickly placed himself into my shoes and asked me to return the car, thus re-instilling my confidence not only in humanity, but also the used car industry. I have to leave this as a 2 Part review (to be updated) ...

Bought two of their Chinese quads. Had issues with the clutch on one (had to replace it) and the other keeps popping chains. Messaged about my warranty to see if it'd cover that. Mathew said their was no warranty. But my receipt says NO WARRANTY IF SOLD IN CRATE". I paid extra for them to assemble it. Would not recommend them at all. Also while I was their during this pandemic NONE of them had masks on or knew where they were. They had to look for them for several minutes."

We purchased our new vehicle from NCS Leasing and Sales and have been very happy. They were responsive from the beginning even when we were just browsing wich lead us to go test drive the vehicle. They have a friendly small town vibe even being close to the city.My car was ready when they said it would be and drives like new the purchase was seamless also. He even made sure I understood what I was signing. We found a damaged part that is easily missed and not a part of safety and they ordered the part right away and worked around my schedule to get the repair done and replied with in minutes when checking in about the parts being ready.I would recommend my own friends and family to shop with them and will return myself. They took all my worries away as I was hesitant to not buy from a dodge dealer and go go to a small lot for my first bigger purchase.

My search for a quality certified used car ended in success with a purchase from NCS Leasing and Sales. The vehicles from this company are diverse, at multiple price points and the customer care is excellent! All of my questions were answered promptly and completely ... and the couple of potential issues I had identified with my vehicle were fully resolved when I took delivery just today. Thank you Martin! I appreciate everything you and your team did to make this a very easy transaction

Be careful people, this is not a very trustworthy car dealership as it seems. Martin Bertler gave me directions to follow on purchasing a car off his lot through one of finance companies Carfii. He told me he will hold the car until I get a reply. He sold the car THE VERY NEXT DAY and I finally got a reply stating I was approved.I got back to him about this and he made up an excuse saying I was that I was shopping the rate around? I never even got my rates as of yet and NO I DIDNT SHOP AROUND AT ALL!Thank you Martin for putting a mark on my credit and not going through on your promise.I have all the emails if anyone wants to read them. Not Trustworthy and NO patience as promised, and NO commitment for the promised at all.Be careful with this one.

Very very poor customer service! When buying a car stay away from this place at all costs. My dad and I inquired about a car recently. Talked to an individual named Matthew. Matthew is rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. My name is not in your records because Matthew has refused to help me out and answer any question I may have.

I had a great experience with NCS, they were very honest, reasonable, friendly, and great at communicating. They answered all of my questions almost immediately after sending them, and they were always happy to help. I am very happy with my purchase, I highly recommend them!

I bought a Toyota Celica from them last November and it was my first car. I didn’t have any issues before purchasing the car. I started receiving problems after purchasing it.Problem 1: The car was given to me with less than 15% of the gas tank full (Unprofessional in my opinion and an inconvenience) I lived about 50km away from the dealership and had to fill up on the way home. After filling up and turning the key the car misfired and the check engine light came on. I turned it off and back on and the car started with difficulty and the engine light disappeared. I thought it was weird although I didn’t think about it much afterwards. This continued to happen every time after filling up on gas. From the start, the car would consume close to double of its estimated fuel consumption and so I took it to a mechanic. Turns out it had 3 trouble codes for air flow problems and the check engine light was hidden and only came on after filling the car with gas. The mechanic did some searching and found that a tube that was supposed to go to the purge valve was blocked off by a bolt and there was no purge valve to begin with. (Added photo for proof) Purge valves cost $200-$300 and the total cost of the repair was $535.I am confident that the dealership bolted the valve and removed the original purge valve as I watched the mechanic as he was working on my car and as soon as the new purge valve was added, I filled it up with gas and it did not misfire like it did before. Also, no check engine light came up. Very disappointing and disgusting that the dealership would do such a thing.Problem 2: When I was buying the car, my father noticed it had minor clear coat damage. He asked the salesman (Martin), what it was and he said “Oh it’s nothing don’t worry about it.” I added a photo of what the car looks like now and it definitely wasn’t nothing to worry about. The clear coat got worse and worse afterwards even though it was supposedly “nothing”.Problem 3: The spare tire I received wasn’t the right size. Obviously most spare tires are thinner than regular tires, although my tire wasn’t thinner, it was a complete size smaller than my regular tires. The regular tire size is 195/65/15. The spare was 195/60/15. Luckily I never had to use a spare tire as if I did I would have been stranded with a spare that doesn’t even fit.Problem 4: There was no cabin filter. This is the ultimate method of cutting corners as most cabin filters cost less than $15. Unprofessional once again.Problem 5: The old engine filter looked like it hasn’t been changed in years. Another method the dealership used to cut corners. Most engine filters are less than $25. Unprofessional and stingy.Problem 6: Months after the purchase I noticed that a plastic cover under my hood was missing. I looked at a photo I took of the engine bay before purchasing the car and low and behold the cover was there. I’m unsure why they took that piece away and it makes me wonder why. (I added a photo of the engine bay before and after I bought the car.)Problem 7: Front bumper wasn’t secured properly and was missing screws.Problem 8: I believe the safety I received from the dealership was fake or done by someone who worked/was a friend of the dealership as the underbody had holes from rust. These would make any car easily fail a safety test. Conclusion: Mistakes are your greatest teacher and this first car purchase taught me what to look for when buying my next car and that bad things can easily be hidden with a smile. My attempt is not to slander the business but to bring to light what things I believe was wrong and what made it worse was the absence of proper disclosure and attempt to hide things. My personal advice is to try to stay away from this dealership, or if you absolutely must buy a car from here, spend the extra $100-$200 for an outside mechanic to inspect it before purchasing it. Also don’t buy the warranties as they don’t really help with much.I am eager for the dealership’s response (or explanation) to this review.

My husband and I saw an ad for a vehicle on Facebook Marketplace. The ad showed the price as $2,999.00 and mentioned that all cars are sold certified. We spoke to someone from the company to confirm the listing, then drove an hour the next day to check it out. When we were there, the sales person (Martin) said that he would sell it to us not only certified, but would include a one year warranty. When we called back an hour later, Martin said that the price listed on Marketplace was wrong. He said he would honour the listing price, however we would have to pay for the certification as well as pay extra for the warranty. I feel that this was false advertising to not honour the price of certification since it was listed in the ad.Since I was unable to respond to the comment left by the owner (His response to my review) I need to add it here...You say that I was inquiring about a different car at a different lot by mistake, and that you offered to show my husband and myself vehicles at your business that we were not interested in. That is a lie and you are well aware of it! If I am able to attach a screenshot of the original ad to this review, then I will. Martin said that it was his son who posted the ad on Facebook Messenger, and that he did so with false information. When his son was questioned about this...he became very rude, which was certainly uncalled for! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not only because of false advertising to get people to come to their yard, but mainly because of the lies and the rudeness that followed! Rather than simply admitting your mistake in response to my review, you felt it was necessary to continue the lies, to which I say...Shame on you for your very unprofessional approach!
