I don't understand why you have 8 people running around and I'm the only one in line and it still takes 5 minutes to get served. I understand you try to prioritize the drive thru but why even keep the lobby open if you don't have anyone to help out of 8 visible people. And 5 minutes isn't an exaggeration, it was closer to 6 minutes and had 4 different people, including the manager, walk by to whom I said hello every single time just to be ignored.I understand you have priorities and I'm just another customer, but at least say I'll be with you in a minute or something. Not a great start to the morning

This is where we part ways. Forever. Your carrot muffin which…. Didnt digest btw, caused extreme pain and toilet suffering. Never going to a timmies again since its happened at a different location in another town.

Have passed through here several times in the last few months and don't find anything particularly wrong with this Tim Hortons. The staff are always friendly and quick to serve. They always carry smiles and the store itself is generally very clean. The orders have always come out right for me and never had an issue with anything else.

I frequently used to go to Tim Horton's. Food are awsome and service too. Some associate are frendly and awsome. I prefer to go every time when I plan to go outdoor.

Are you tired of people getting your order right well man are you in luck with this place you will only get what you order 1 of ten times and on the few times you think they get it right you can be pleasently surprised that your sausage and egger has no sausage congrats on being the absolute worst and making no effort to be better.

The staff are friendly and the coffee gets served fast. Unfortunately one of my co-workers had a bad experience though with how long it took for some sandwiches to get made which held us up before going to work, so if you have a bigger order? You need to order ahead of time or you might be stuck waiting for a while
