My husband and I received amazing service from Sadiq Mohibi. He was so clear, respectful and handled our request with urgency. He answered a question for us in a few minutes that we had been trying to figure out for 2 months...! We really appreciate his help!!

Good place to start a new life

I m giving one star because it won't let me write my review without eating. I would rate this place -0 ratingThe staff is rude ,no manners specially the manager is very rude unprofessional, dont know how to talk to the clients over the phone the manager is very aggressive and looks like full of anger .I called here to speak to someone who can help me with filling my government applications.but it's very disappointing when u hear the manager of this office go off one u because she dont know how to help or how to talk to someone.Honestly this office needs more professional people to run.

The one stop place for refugees settlement issue and it's welcome house with limited living space for the newcomers and they also provide counselling, education, documentation and referral plus you will case manager to look after your immigration issues such as a legal aid, PR and also help families to look for accommodations

Quiet helpful organization for refugees

I am hopeful that the people working at SOS have the best intentions in their hearts. But it would be really nice if the aministration could get their faeces together to provide a service that did not push people away so fast. Likely they are under funded and overworked. But if they put a little effort into patience and understanding, this would go along way to making the lives of these vulnerable clients much easier rather than, as it is now, much harder.Posting hours of operation nice. But to then lock the doors “for meetings” sending people who travel half a day with kids to get there away is flat out mean.

A solace for me at all times. As a new immigrant I felt like a lost sheep. But SOS and it’s officers always helped me find my way.
