Unfortunately the service today was horrible. Arrived at location 520pm not realizing closed at 530pm. At cash by 525pm and tried to buy 4 pieces of lumber but was told by employee to go check if yard was unlocked before purchased. I'm in the location as a purchasing customer, I think the employees should know if something is open and not request customer to walk around and look first. 4 pieces of lumber may loose a lot of future sales.

No deals, just tag price , unfortunately in happy valley goosebay is a different kind of world monopoly in most businesses etc groceries, hardwear store , restaurants, garage and even driving schools.. expensive on everything simple reason they give transportation. Which I don’t accept .

Great service until u purchase then when tools break within hours of use left waiting months for simple warranty services

No deals... whatever the price tag says is what you pay... prices marked up way beyond MSRP plus an extra charge for freight and PDI...a rip off... buyer beware!!!

While visiting Happy Valley Goose Bay, we needed to purchase materials for a repair project for Habitat for Humanity. We went into the store to purchase caulking, nails, and tuct tape. The cost of the Quad Seal windows and doors was $15/tube compared to the price of $6 in other place, the Tuct Tape was $16/roll compared to 8/roll.I believe this is nothing short of gouging the public because they are left with very few options.The pressure treated lumber was extremely expensive, and the quality was less than desireble.I ended up going through over 30 pieces of 2x6 in order just to find 5 good ones, and the 2x6 was actually worst than the 2x4.I spoke to several people in the area, and they told me that many people go out to Quebec to purchase bulk materials in order to make building and renovation projects less expensive.I really do not recommend this place to anyone, ever.

These folks are super helpful and thoughtful. Their parts service is really fast and the servicing department is also very quick. They are fast to rectify issues. We had a great experience buying two snowmobiles from the knowledgeable staff.
