It's not the best experience but also not the worst. It's the same as all other dispensaries since covid you're not able to see or smell the buds before purchase so it's a Gamble. Therein lies the problem once you find something good it always gets sold out because there are so many other strains that are just straight garbage! So buying from dispensaries now is like buying stuff from wish good luck!!

Honestly the employees here are extremely helpful. I told him I’m from BC and that I have high expectations for what I purchase. He did not disappoint me with the simply bare island pink organic bud.Thanks for giving me another brand I can buy

Amazing customer service and excellent delivery. The best selection of fresh product around, there is nowhere better than Potery. CBD for my dog and THC for me. Every member of the staff is exceptionally friendly and will be more than glad to order here again soon.

This place is amazing. I'd recommend it to anybody regardless of your experience with cannabis. I usually see Chris who provides amazing customer service but everyone else there I've seen is awesome too. See you guys again soon!

Really friendly staff and good selection. The only purchases I ever regret making are of items the person behind the counter isn’t giving me their personal stamp of approval on. Take their advice. They obviously know their selection well, and a couple of them have an understanding of the technology used to manufacture the products they sell, and how that pertains to the experience you can expect to have when consuming them, which clearly goes well beyond what you would expect from a retail cannabis employee.

By far the best dispensary in Ontario. Exceptional staff who are courteous and super friendly. Simce moving here in March I have had my fair share of horror experiences with most stores and lack of knowledgeable staff. This stores employees and owner/management are top notch.
