Terrible customer service. Went in today to exchange a piece (never worn) and the lady began to tell me It wasn't authentic" and that I had washed it when the TAGS were still on. Do not recommend coming here."

Excellent customer service, the owner really pays attention to the customers needs. Very professional and inviting environment. Well lit store allows you to appreciate the detail, quality, and beauty of each item. Most items I've purchased over the years have lasted well past my expectations .

Terrible customer service. I had to go buy a slip for a dress for a wedding cause I forgot mine at home...ridiculous high price for a little garment ($36) and I also bought a little elastic strapless bra type thing which was also stupid pricey ($25).Both didn't fit right so I came back the following day to exchange them for something else. She wouldn't let me exchange after finding some specks of dry skin on the slip from trying it on. And some small deodorant marks on the bra from trying it on. I'm pretty sure she took out a microscope to find something wrong so she didn't have to take them back. Like I didn't want a refund I just wanted to return them since they didn't fit and I didn't need them anymore and find something else I would use.So not impressed and wouldn't reccomend this store.

Charming store with a very appealing layout. Great selection, and wonderful friendly staff. Watch for the little annex and pink sign on lovely main street so you are sure not to miss it!

Fantastic, friendly and personalized service! The staff here are so helpful and very kind. Usually it takes me ages to find any bras that I actually like and that fit correctly, but the staff were quick to find me sizes and styles that I liked. I would definitely recommend coming here for your lingerie and sleepwear needs.

I was there on August 18th of 2019 and brought 4 matching sets for my better half.The sales person was fun, incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful.She did a great job ensuring the fit was perfect for her.

Nice shop on the main street with a great selection and very friendly staff. I like that she carries some undergarments for men too!
