I ordered some router templates from this company. When I unboxed them I noticed something was wrong. I sent an email to customer service and got an immediate response. Within minutes my smart watch informed me that I had a new order shipped. There was no nonsense and immediate action. These are great people and a joy to work with.

For 3 years I have been anxiously waiting and super excited about my new sugar maple table for my dining room in our home. 2 years ago this March we cut down the tree at our cottage, to which we subsequently sold the cottage after. The tree was milled, seasoned, KILN DRIED ready to be made into my table. We trusted Jeff Mack Designs Inc (who accepted the job) with our family memories and over 100 years of generations to be forever present in the epoxy river table that he “said” he could do. WORST MISTAKE. I am ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED that my table is ruined. We have asked for our money back. Jeff Mack has refused. AND, Mr. Mack has the absolute impudent attitude that somehow this end result was OUR fault. I am tragically left with 2 REAL EXPENSIVE oversized paperweights. Not the memory anyone should be left with. See for yourself in pictures that I have included.FURTHER COMMENT TO RESPONSE BY OWNER":Now one would think from an intelligence perspective that a tradesman who claims to have "built hundreds of River Tables" would have checked the moisture level of our wood BEFORE accepting our money and BEFORE beginning work on my table. AND IF the moisture level was not acceptable

The young lady I dealt with ( I think it's Andrea) was accessible, professional, and very knowledgeable. The products I purchased to complete my charcuterie boards were reasonably priced. I would definitely return to this company for it's service and products.

The team at Jeff Mack Designs have been our go to local source for wood, finishes and DIY supplies the last 5 years. Great selection of Epoxy Resin too! Their online ordering process is seamless and pickup times are very flexible and quick.

Jeff and his team at Jeff Mack Designs are excellent. I emailed Jeff from his instagram page. He called me the same day and we brainstormed some ideas. He invited us up to his workshop and he went over his design process, production times and the products that they use. He was open to our ideas and really understood our needs based on our space. Not only was the finished product amazing, as you can see in the picture, it was more affordable than many of the prefabricated tables we had seen in stores. Our dinner guests often walk away with Jeff's contact info. We would highly recommend Jeff again to our friends and family!

Popped in to pick up some Rubio Monocoat for a couple of Walnut slabs I am working on.(they have a wide selection of colours)Thanks again for all of the tips and pointers! Jeff made three custom matching tables for me -- a dining table, matching coffee table, and end table. I'm really pleased with the process and results. I visited Jeff's shop in Mississauga to look at some materials and example works. We went back and forth on the design, and Jeff helped design a custom base that was the style I wanted and in my price range. I'm happy with the results. Highly recommended.

I recently started to try my hand at making some resin tables. The service has been very fast each time without issue. The young lady I dealt with while picking up the squid deep epoxy was very professional, kind, and informative. Today when I picked up my 2nd batch of resin Jeff helped me out and was kind enough to take some time out of his day to answer a few questions regarding table pours. He also gave some helpful tips. Very professional service from some nice folks.

We were looking for a custom designed river edge dining room table and found Jeff Mack Designs via an internet search. Although we live in New York, we exchanged numerous emails and phone calls throughout the time the table was being made. We ordered a sample and we were so thrilled with the product! Our sample piece (one foot by two feet) will be used as a small floating table. Our 9 foot table was delivered this week and it's magnificent! It is truly a piece of art, outstanding quality. It was a great investment and complements our newly renovated dining room/living room.We highly recommend Jack Mack Designs!
