As always, you can find everything you need for renovation projects and contractor jobs! The staff is competent and helpful, although I have had a few instances where the staff member was not cooperating and refused to check if there was more of an item in stock

I purchased a wine cellar on May 31st on line. It was supposed to be deliverd to the store on June 2nd. and from there to my home. Since then I have been unable to get it delivered to my home as promised. Every phone call to the store takes 20-30 min to be answered; when a Customer service representative finally answers, he tells me it will be delivered on June 10. After waiting for it the whole day it was never delivered. Here I am no wine cellar, still waiting! Not the customer service I would expect from a reputable chain such as Home Depot. Will purchase elsewhere next time I need something on time!

Good luck with trying to get in touch with anyone when calling this store! I tried for 4 days, from 8:00AM until 6:00PM and not once was I able to get help on my online order! I then had to drive there, just to speak with someone. They NEVER answer the phones and to prove this, the delivery contractor even told me Good luck!

I am writing to you about one of your employees at the ST. Henri Home Depot on Cote St. Antoine. I am not one to write reviews but, in this case, I must. Your associate, Irye Vargas served me in the lumber section and was outstanding. First I asked an associate in lumber where the 1 in by 1 in by 14 feet were located and was told to go and look at the signs. Then I saw this woman handling heavy boards. It was Ms. Vargas, She informed me that the store didn't carry 1 in by 1 in but they had something close to it. I showed her a drawing and measurements and she figured out what I needed in board feet to minimize waste. Then she cut the lumber and wrapped it into two groups so I could carry it to the till. At all times she was patient and respectful. I could not recommend her more. With associates like her, you will get my future business.

Home Depot always comes through with a wide range of tools and supplies. The staff is usually knowledgeable and ready to assist. Prices are reasonable and the location usually has most of what you will need on hand.

It would be impossible to do any housework without asking advice better informed people. In trying to assemble a bed for my son i asked the advice of the young man cutting boards and he was a great help. This young cutter was very polite and quite well informed about the prices of different dimensions and types of wood. When I figure out what I need, I will return to ask his help again. Home Depot might not be perfect but some staff are fantastic.Now that Covid regulations are relaxed there are more people milling about shopping.Buses 17 and 37 both stop outside the carpark opposite the Louis Cyr statue.

I have hade to rent equipment on a few occasions recently. I have ALWAYS appreciated the attitude of the guys (and girls) working there. Once again today I wasn't disappointed as Handjy was very helpful.

We bought an outdoor set recently and when we drove home and started to assemble it, we realized parts were missing. We drove all the way back the next morning and a staff member in the garden/BBQ section opened up another box to get us the missing parts. He also threw in a freebie for the headache and back-and-forth drives. Good customer service is hard to come by, and the extra effort truly made us feel like valued shoppers.

Like all big box stores that I have ever been in, unless you're really lucky it would take you twenty minutes to find someone to help you if you were unfamiliar with the store I didn't really check online before hand. And even if you do find someone and even if you do find someone right away, they know only what is written on the the computer screen.. parking at that location is also a major issue. There's a small little hardware store not too far from the home Depot location. I highly recommend bringing your business there. Not only is the staff more friendly and respectful, but they actually know their business, when you ask them a question they don't have to pull out their phone and Google it.
