Escarpment Rail Trail
Wonderful grade to pedal up and coast down. Stay on the trail; it's an extremely steep slope to doom at the top if you don't pay attention.

Escarpment Rail Trail
This is a great trail system for mountain biking. There are many trails with difficulty ranging from easy to not easy at all. The various trails are not well marked so it is possible to end up on a trail that is harder than what you wanted.

Escarpment Rail Trail
Hamilton has great trails from Lakeshore to Brantford! This is a great section where you walk or ride through the escarpment forest.

Escarpment Rail Trail
The Escarpment rail trail is close to Albion falls which is ~100 kms from Toronto, it has water stream that flows into the Albion falls. This is good for walking, sitting area is available for eating out and has free parking space.

Trail is kilometers of paved walkway. Not really a hiking trail at all...I guess that's why parking was free.
