Just want to thank you fort St. John physiotherapy clinic! Every step of the way for my recovery was amazing. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this clinic. Will be recommending 100% to everyone I know !

Fort St John Physiotherapy Clinic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Dr. Fast really knows his stuff. And the reception ladies are just awesome. Great staff, very professional, educated, with a relaxed environment for healing. If you need physio, I'd 100% recommend them.

They try and get you through as fast as possible. I left in more pain than when I entered. There is no care or compassion for people in pain.

RMT services by Stephanie are AWESOME! I've had back issues and seen a fair bit of RMTs over the years and have found Stephanie to work the best magic. Thanks!

IF YOU WANT CREDIT COLLECTORS CALLING YOU WHEN YOU THINK MEDICAL SERVICES & YOUR EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS COVER YOUR VISITS - think again! BEWARE - This company has never even sent a bill to me at my home address neither did the receptionist advise me of any payment owed as I had extended health benefit coverage and MEDICAL SERVICES. Instead they sent my one visit, to a collection company in Vancouver to collect the payment they should have advised me I owed. Talk about shoddy customer communication. I provided all my health care information, my address never changed and they had all my third party information regarding extended benefit payment and they did not contact me once but sent the collection of my visit to a collection company that calls me day and night, texts me and emails even though I have paid FT. St. John Physiotherapy. $40.00 now for what I still do not know and they have NET CREDIT and METRO credit calling me 24/7. I have not moved in 4 years, I still have the same address and I have EXTENDED MEDICAL BENEFITS at the time I went to this PHYSIO THERAPY place.The receptionist never once mentioned a fee, over and above the annual visits, the clinic never sent an invoice. BEWARE! Contact the College of Physiotherapists and advise them of the treatment you received.

I was poorly greeted by the front desk staff. The actual physio was a professional and knowledgeable man, which is the only good thing from my appointment. Poor organization has the treatment he wanted to give me was not available at the time and he has asked me if I can come back (?) (I live 30 minutes out of town, it was not very practical for me). I will not be returning there as their customer service did not impress me at all. My experience was very disappointing.

Fort st john physiotherapy is by far the best physio clinic that I have been to. They have been able to work around my schedule to accompany my needs I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a place they can trust to take care of them. Dianna is amazing and all their staff is super friendly. Thanks guys!

Have seen physiotherapists in the past and none of them actually wanted to find out the source of the problem like he did! Will definitely recommend and well worth the drive from Dawson Creek for the appointment.
