Couple weeks ago I got a bike for my daughter Melany was amaizing sales person, she took the time and get the right size bike for her, after a few days the bike make some noise in the front tire, so not a big deal I get to their shop and this man come to me in very rud and careless manner asking me what's the problem? I explain after 30 minutes the front tire make some noise he say we don't have 30 minutes to ride this bike " is all good go on you way""""" I insist is a problem and I don't whant my child to be hurt in case the tire fall off or something happens

Took my bike in for a tune-up and they scratched one of my rims pretty good with the gripping machine they use to suspend the bike while they're working on it. They offered me a $30 discount on the tune-up which honestly I wasn't happy with but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it.Took the bike for one ride and there were immediate issues - the handle bars were loose, the bike was making a knocking sound when I pedaled and the brakes weren't working properly.Took the bike back for a second tune up, which they did do for free. However, THEY SCRATCHED THE RIM AGAIN. I spoke to an employee and explained why I was unhappy. I was annoyed for sure, but I wasn't rude and I didn't raise my voice. He immediately got defensive and went on about how lucky I was that they didn't charge for the second tune up and how my bike was cheap and not worth a further discount.After some back and forth, he eventually agreed to refund the rest of the first tune-up, on the condition that I never come back (not that I was planning to anyway, after that dumpster fire of a customer service experience).Would give zero stars if I could.

**I have to say after my initial review, I have to change my stance on this shop. Chris the owner called me after reading my review, apologized and explained the circumstances that led the inconvenience. Not only did they fix the issue but took the time to explain to me the delays and kept me up to date on how long the parts would take to arrive. Shoutout to the service manager as well for the great service provided I'm very grateful to Chris and his service team.Thanks again!!**The worst place for servicing or any kind of maintenance.I brought my bike in for servicing before the holidays and was told it would be ready on Wednesday after easter, didn't receive any notification that my bike was ready on wensday so I called in.No one in the store knew the status of my bike when I called in, so I drove to the store very irritated and was told they didn't know the status and would have someone call me.A day later no call, so I called in again the day after, and they said it was ready.I come in to pick up the bike. The dude tells me it was going to be 180$ instead of 130 because they had to replace my cassette. They also stated they gave me a 50% discount on labor for the lack of communication about my bike status. I felt a bit guilty about my additude so I didn't argue and paid the fee. Today on the first day of using my bike since the servicing. The front chain ring has just bent mid-ride.. mind you this is a 2020 trek bike very disappointed and unimpressed with the lack of professionalism from their part.

Thank you Chris for all the help you provided (and patience) in helping me (a young senior) purchase the perfect bike and all the add on's that went with it. The other staff I worked with when Chris was with other customers (Sebastian and Luciano) were wonderful as well. I really recommend Caps for their fantastic customer service and can't thank them enough! The prices are good too and they do have sales!

Caps New Westminster: I wouldn't be buying a new bike from them but the one I wanted in my size was only there. Good thing I did my homework: sales person knew only basic about bikes overall, no way he would have been able to explain parts and tech details.Person who was training the sales person overcharged me whopping $400 (not sure if it's tax calculated on top of already entered total or attempt scam if you don't do your math).I love my bike but Caps makes an impression of amateur personnel.

Originally I went to the Cap's store in Port Moody. Excellent service as well, but they didn't have what I needed. Recommended I come to this store since they have helmets on sale. I arrived and the service was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy. Unfortunately, the helmet's on sale weren't a great fit for my head. I believe it was Dameon who helped me and asked the manager if it was possible to offer me a discount on the helmet that did fit my head, but was not currently on sale. I appreciated that you valued my time and my safety over profit. Thank you for the discount.

Excellent service from Luciano, Sebastian, James and the repair team who ensured my bike was the PERFECT FIT! My dad bought me my first bike here when I was a little girl and I haven’t been anywhere that offered such AMAZING service. The team was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and they even took the photos and a video of me on my new bike! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a bike. Bought an inner-tube tried to fix a flat myself. Spent an hour trying to put it on, broke my fingers and nails. I came back to the store defeated. They put it on filled it up with no extra charge! ... Thank you so much!
