Amazing experience with true-centre auto service.I called with a steering issue and I was expecting to have to wait until next week and they were able to get me in the very next day. The day of my appointment they were able to bring me right back to school while they diagnosed the issue which was so incredibly convenient.They called me an hour after I dropped the car and let me know right away what my problem was.Great prices, and so efficient.I am so grateful for True-Centre Auto Service!!

Alex and the True-Centre team are my go-to auto service center for all my mechanical needs. I have had a wide variety of services preformed at this location over the years and have been extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the fair pricing. Work is always done on time and for exactly the quoted price(or less). From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by very friendly and professional staff. All the mechanics take the time to explain exactly what work needs to be done and why. They never try and up-sell you to have work done that is not required at the time. They preform thorough inspections and will advise of work that may be required in the future but tell you it can be considered down the road when it is more necessary. I have referred several friends and family and they have all been exceptionally happy with the service they have received. This business has been around for a very long time as a testament to their honesty and high standard of service. Thanks

We brought our SUV in for a safety inspection and found we needed to have a fair bit of work done first. Krissy, Chantel and Alex were very helpful and explained the issues with the car. A week later I brought the SUV in to have the work done and found them to once again be upfront with the process and easy to work with. Joe did a great job with the service work and the car runs great and I feel much safer driving it now.

They were very professional they were very knowledgable they gave us a loaner vehicle and very quickly diagnosed and repaired the issues found (wheel bearing; a seriously annoying shake that other garages couldn’t fix ) when I asked to speak to the mechanic working on our car they obliged without hesitation. They serviced the front differential (drainage, flushing and refilling of fluid) I would definitely recommend this garage for work need to be done. John was the mechanic and we will definitely be back
