Absolutely terrible customer service!! Do not shop here!We bought a 1500$ dishwasher that came damaged, but when delivered the guy said you have 30 days to return. We had to bring back the damaged dishwasher to exchange for a new one.. got the new one all looked good until we went to use it.. the puck won’t dispense, my plates don’t fit in the rack properly, the utensil basket isn’t secured in it so it falls out.. it’s portable and the hose at the back won’t go all the way back into the dishwasher so water is leaking all over my floor..so over all was not happy with the dishwasher.. so we wanted to return it and find a different model.. it had been 9 days at this point. The brick refuses to return it.. the service guy from GE said it was a hokey design, but nothing they can do as far as returning it… so we the customer are just out 1500$ because the brick that sold it to us won’t return, and the manufacturer won’t return. BE CAREFUL THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU!!*this all started because we wanted a replacement part for our old portable dishwasher that was purchased from the brick, but they didn’t make those pieces anymore, so our hands were tied to buy new*

Courtney made my week! Had no success working with the manufacturer of my King Adjustable bed on getting a new remote. Went back to The Brick (where I bought it) for help in (a) locating my original receipt and (b) getting contact info for resolving my out of warranty issue. Wow, did Courtney and her team go to great lengths to help - scouring the country and locating me a now out of production device! And then didn’t even charge for their efforts and the product! Thank you thank you thank you!

The return process on a simple item was dreadful. When I approached the gal to do my return, the manager stood up from his chair and met me with resistance advising me that they do not accept returns on the type of item I had purchased. I had bought it the day before and it was unopened (the way I was told to bring it back by their sales clerk if it wasn’t the correct item). He said we don’t accept them. I replied with well your sales person told me it was a non issue if this was the incorrect item. He asked who it was to which I replied, you tell me (he had the invoice in hand at this point). The manager said the fellows name and said it was his day off so he couldn’t ask him but it’s not right. I said well this is on you guys as I was advised I could return it. (I would not have otherwise purchased it as it was for someone else and I was not completely certain if was the correct model)I felt bad for the poor gal working returns who was caught between our exchange - she was polite and professional and handled it well.The manager on the other hand sat down in a huff and promptly started shuffling papers and tossed his cell phone down hastily. It was a display that didn’t go unnoticed. It’s no wonder people opt for services like Amazon or go to lower mainland. I’ve tried coming here a few times to keep things local but it continues to be poor service.

The brick in gibsons has been sooo helpful, this last month we have gotten a washer dryer, stove , fridge , and now dishwasher! The manager Les has helped us amazingly with making sure we were happy with the appliances and was always greeted , it’s nice to find good quality items on the coast that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg !! Thank u for the amazing customer service!!

I've had such good experiences shopping here, they have made it so easy! The other day I bought a washing machine and Anthony was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and very helpful. Will always shop here......I have also bought an A/C from here and again, Anthony was very helpful. Happy customer!

Great Customer serivce. Les & his team were very helpful with purchasing a TV (which we got a great deal on). There was a bit of an issue with the TV, Les and his team got our new TV ordered and even delivered it to our house, which was very nice. Can't wait to go back to purchase Washer & Dryer.

I bought a brand new Bosch dishwasher that came without cutlery trays and broken 3 rack. I called The Brick 5 days after delivery as kitchen was being renovated to inform them parts are broken an not included. They said I only had 48 hours after delivery to report. They clearly saw the dishwasher would d be installed for a week. They informed me I had to call Bosch, I called Bosch Aug 25 to report. After 45 minutes on hold Bosch said they would send parts and gave a parts confirmation number. Since then I have tried contacting them 4 times, can’t get through or am transferred all over the world yet still no parts. I am the second person that has had this issue with The Brick and Bosch. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It’s a nightmare and I have a $1200 dishwasher that’s useless.

super helpful lady at the gibsons store.i got info and sevice that was not available at the alberta office. the gibsons store gives A 1 customer sevice. thank you for that.

Great experience all around. Dealt with Anthony who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything from ordering, price adjustments and delivery was really straightforward. Would definitely recommend him for anyone needing appliances.

Les Pandak was excellent to deal with. Managed to get all my lovely appliances under my budget. Great staff too. Very friendly. I recommend this Brick to everyone
