I had been having trouble with my eavestroughs and downspout due to the very harsh winter we had. Yaron was very clear and straightforward about when and how the work needed to be done. He met with me ahead of time to explain the work and offer options. The work was well done and done in a very timely manner. This is not the first time I have used this company as I also had the eavestroughs learned the year before. Each time, they have been professional and responsive.

I would like to share the best service experience I've ever had by far! Solid Eavestrough truly demonstrates the true meaning of 'best in class' customer service. The level of care they showed us was unparalleled. We are extremely satisfied and feel very blessed that we called on this company. Initial intent was to just have my downspout reattached which was completed as expected and they even added additional braces to ensure stronger hold. And to further protect the downspout, they repaired my broken fence next to the downspout by installing a brace to a brick wall that required additional work. And that's not it, asked Yaron, the owner, if he knew a plumber that could help repair the broken pipe in my bathroom. He went to take a look and because he saw it was something he felt he could fix himself, he unselfishly fixed it. We offered to pay additional for fixing the fence and the plumbing work but Yaron insisted on us just paying the original bill just for the downspout work. We are very lucky that we stumbled upon this company. Thank you so much Yaron!

Solid Eavestrough did a fantastic job! Yaron took down all the ivy that had been growing along the walls and into our troughs and downspouts, flushed the whole system, got some hard-to-reach ivy between my house and my neighbour's, and did some repairs of downspouts that weren't looking too great. Even taught me a thing or two about how it all worked :)Highly recommended and definitely going to use them again.
