I have had more bad experiences here than good. Some were before the management change, some were after. I've had to cancel an order because the staff made the food so sloppy.I recently placed an order on the mobile app. My fianceé went to pick it up, after she got home we realized that my sub and hers had pretty noticable mistakes. Missing bacon, wrong cheese, basic stuff that shouldn't have happened. Found a green hair in one of the subs, that was just plain disgusting. I called the store and spoke to a manager, who was super friendly and helpful. She promised to replace the order in full and made me want to go back.But then I did go back. There was a Heidi working, she was the one to help me, she seemed like she didn't care to be there, which I'm not surprised by, but then she treated the food with little care. I didn't want to be picky so I knew I would take what she gave me, and just not go back. She didn't cut the bread all the way so it was ripped open, she put everything in the middle of the sandwich so when she closed it everything was on one side and not the other, after telling her light ingredients she proceeded to put extra everything on it. I was displeased, but Kylie who was at the cash register was very friendly and happy to help me. She was doing a good job. But unfortunately the nice person at the end, doesn't make up for all the mistakes I couldn't look past.Sorry Subway, buy you lost me.

Great food, great service. Didn't do a great job of helping customers social distance. Probably as much some customers fault as staff. Not easy to control if customers don't care! Also the new plastic drink lid pinched off the drinking straw as the hole is really tight

Hours on google are either off (says open until 10pm, but open sign is off at 930), or employees close the store early and management doesn't know. They never seem to have tuna when I go in, last time they had no bread at dinner rush... Just seems unprofessional for a business overall.

This subway is absolutely terrible. Completely run with teenagers who are not taking their job seriously. They're slow and lazy. Several times they forgot drinks and other parts of our orders when we have ordered ahead online. They were rude. Spoke to us very poorly. There is no Adults around managing or supervising the kids that work there. Extremely disappointed with the last few times we have gotten our food here. You're better off making the short trip to Palmerston.

They make a good sub and the staff are very friendly. They could put a few extra toppings on the sub but completely understand company policy.

If I could or knew how to give 0 stars I would. Just terrible. Too bad they leave children to run their stores. I would have gone back to make them fix it but I don't trust them to make my food. In the trash it went !

This place decides to close whenever they feel like it. Don’t put 11pm as close time and you are closed before 10pm
