Charlene is a fantastic designer and her visit was appreciated. My wife and I struggled to find the right covers for two sliding doors and with a plethora of examples and colour options, we settled on the Silhouette and for the other windows in the house, the Honeycomb. Blackout provides a much better sleep in the main bedroom and the offices get all the right light where it matters. The installation was easy and quickly completed within an hour and a half for the whole house with minimal interruption while I worked from home. Thank you for all the fantastic work!

We had an AMAZING experience from start to finish at Sun Shades. We had gone elsewhere but the service here was much better. We visited the store to see the type of blind we wanted. Lorie then came to our home to measure and helped with colour and fabric choices. Our order was ready in less time than we expected! The installer was in and out in a short amount of time. Our room is so updated with these new blinds and the remote is so easy to use. We highly recommend this store!

Incredible service and fair prices. Sandra and Lori the owner were very professional and Lori was great on coming out and measuring. The installation was seamless and they even put new magnets up in the front door windows at no charge. Awesome company and I will make sure to use them again. Keep up the outstanding service.

Our experience was amazing from start to finish! From the moment we walked into the store we felt like a valued customer. Lorie came to our home to help us choose the right product that was within our budget. The installer Mike was wonderful. He was very respectful, hard working and paid attention to detail. Competitive prices and exceptional service! We've had the absolute best experience with Lorie making our selections/purchases and Mark with the install. We started off with roller shades and shutters and then added custom rods/drapes afterwards. Prior to the install of our roller shades we found an issue with one of the windows that needed to be addressed before installing one of the rollers. Sunshades Newmarket was kind enough to install every roller shade in the house and then come back at a later date to install the one remaining roller at no additional cost - something other companies we'd spoken to prior would not offer. The quality of their products and installation expertise combined with their highly personable and accommodating approach (they really put their customers first), make them one of the best companies we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Can't say enough about Charlene and Sun Shades in Aurora. My husband and I did our usual of investigating 3-4 other options and in the process became more and more knowledgeable on the subject of blinds and drapes. Sun Shades came out on top.
