I have known Leroy for nearly 20 years and he is the only realtor I would consider working with. It's not just that he is personable and service-oriented (though he is) but he knows his business and he is a phenomenal negotiator. Selling a home can be expensive and realty commissions are a big part of that. However, I've worked with Leroy on four separate occasions and every time he has earned his commission.
