I always go here. These guys are best at what they do. I am happy with their Customer service. They are great! :)

It's pretty good service and not as greedy as most cheque cashing places and have low interest payday loans.

I had really very bad experience being here.The lady at the front was very rude to me . I dont even know the reason for what. I am not going there ever again in my life and wont reccomend anybody. Very poor staff. Very bad services. If they dont like working there then just leave the job, so simple . Why are you guys spoiling customer s mood?

have been using this and their other locations and have never had issues cashing cheques. Staff is efficient, quick, responds to any question you have and their rates are lower than other competitors.

Great Customer Service, Employees are very nice and helpful, management does everything they could to help one out.Always neat and clean. No long waiting times.Best place to go for cheque cashing/moneytranfers.Keep it up guys.

Easy going staff and well mannered set of people when it comes to customers service.

I interviewed initially with John at their Rexdale and Kipling location on Friday October 13, 2018. With my resume in hand John was pretty impressed with my resume and even said I won't go to deep into your resume as I have so much experience. He still asked me to explain what I did in each position and then asked why I choose The Cash Store. At the close of the interview he mentioned that there were several other applicants and would give me a call by Friday October 19th 2018 if I was selected to go to the 2nd interview. By the time I had gotten back home on the 12th after the interview John called me to set up a 2nd interview for the 15th of October. I was suppose to be meeting with Sunnie. Upon arrival I waited in the line when it was my turn i proceeded to step forward and said to the person at the window Hello my name is MoNique and I am here to meet with Sunnie. The person identified himself as Sunnie and told me to go sit down in the glass enclosed room and he would be with me shortly. Because my interview was 2pm I made sure to arrive at 1:45pmPM. I was sitting in that room until 2:08pm finally someone came into the room by the name of Sam saying that Sunnie was busy and didn't have time to meet with me. Sam didn't apologize for being late just say down and said do you have a resume I said no not on me John said that I was coming in for a 2nd interview to meet with Sunnie. He then said what kinda experience you have? I explained the experience that I've had in the industry he then tells me that someone may call me back I reached my hand out to shake his hand he didn't and walked away. Based on the experience this organization only hires Indian people. And based on the treatment that I received when I went into this 2nd viewing " once Sunnie realized that I was apart of a visible minority he found no need to meet with me. It is just unfortunate that another minority has the audacity to discriminate against another minority. On the 15th I also contacted John who said that he will look into it and said that he was going to call me back until today I have not heard back."

These guys are really good at what they do I have been here many times and I have never had any problems getting my cheques cashed here. staff is very polite as well.
