Wish I could give this location 10 stars! This is the best pet value I have ever been to. It has the best selection, very organized, fully stocked but the staff truly make this store so amazing!! They are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure you feel taken care of each time you visit. So happy to have this location in the neighbourhood!! Thank you :)

My new favourite petvalu location! Not only is the store huge but the staff members are super wonderful and knowledgeable as well. I am always greeted with a smile and treated as a valued customer. I also really like their self-serve pet wash as their tubs are super spacious; their $14 dog wash comes with shampoo, conditioner, towels, a blowdryer and a small treat bag for your pup! My XL bully and I love coming here for our washes. Great deal if you ask me.

I brought my 9 month old German Shepherd to the wash station here yesterday! I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming! The facility was also spotless, so clean! I’d just recommend if you have a bigger dog and it takes a little more time to bathe and dry them, make sure you come at calm hours given there is 2 wash stations! I will 100% return to this location, and recommend this new location!

Went to visit this Pet Value because it had just opened up. The owner was on site and extremely helpful! Would highly recommend this location. I was looking for low fat treats for my pup and they were able to help me out with a good brand and even offered a full refund or exchange if the treats were no good for my dog. Making this my go to pet store!

So happy to finally have a pet store in the neighbourhood! Very clean well organized store. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Will be getting all of my dog food from here moving forward!!
