I honestly can not speak highly enough of this company. Cathy and her team are consummate professionals. They pulled it all off like a finely tuned military operation and the whole team are just utterly amazing in every way imaginable! You are in the safest of hands having this crew take care of your issue. They know their stuff and went above and beyond to ‘fix’ our crisis. Like I said…I can’t speak highly enough of them.

We recently had a restoration project done in our home by Scott’s Asbestos. At the end of our project there were unfortunately several deficiencies which I discussed with the company that hired Scott’s. I am giving 5 stars because Scott’s Asbestos was apologetic of the deficiencies and stated this wasn’t their typical standard. They sent a team back to our home led by Colleen to ensure everything was completed promptly and correctly. We’re grateful to have our restoration project done very well in the end!

Extremely sketchy.Be very careful with them.They wrote a list of things they will do, but didn’t end-up doing. My parents decided to not pay until we get another inspection done, unfortunately due budget issues we were taking a bit long, they filed a case against us. Even though I had a big discussion with their assistant Diane stating how we are not satisfied with the work because we asked the report of what was done and asked what kind of anti microbial was used, I didn’t get a proper response. On the phone they are so nice, (that’s why they want to call you and not text! Not message) when you ask them for proof, they don’t have proofs stating what exactly they have done! With pictures! stating what kind of anti microbial is being used. (See the anti microbial with your own freaking eyes! Be there when its being used! Idk!! Make sure its freaking sprayed!)My parents bought this new place and the house attic had mold, called the owner Trevor asked if there’s permanent solution?(Before we gave down payment for the house! My parents don’t know fluent English and don’t know much about houses. This was our first house in Canada. I feel that’s why it was much easier to say whatever)And I wish we had the money to get more inspections. But we don’t!Anyways! Trevor gave a list of things that could be done to make sure the mold doesn’t come back. (Was it done what was said!?)If it was I would not be writing this review.They said they used “anti microbial “ to treat the mold, make sure you see the “anti microbial “ ! What if its just killz spray! That doesn’t even kill mold! I heard the guy justin speaking to someone “killz” doesn’t really kill mold when he last came to get attic cleaned! And when I asked for the report, the report had “killz spray “ being used to remove stain! Because technically they “cleaned” the mold twice with “anti microbial “ ! When I asked exactly what kind of anti microbial can you show the pictures when you used(because they take pictures for everything they do) they didn’t really give me a proper response!Be so freaking careful!I can’t believe I trusted them! I only did because of the reviews! Cause they seem so legit and professional at first.They gave a list of things they would do! Like install 32 baffels! (Did only 3)They said they would do 5 in one rubber boot! Didn’t do that either!! And when we decided to wait to pay, (we had made 50% of the payment on the they arrived) we didn’t even deny the full payment! And technically they didn’t even do everything they said! So they shouldn’t be paid all the money anyway!! They filed a freaking case against us! (Ironically we saw the letter after we made the full payment, probably because we are still settling and figuring out the new place! )4200$ ! For some sketchy job!Guess what! Karma! Karma will hit you all, real hard. Because you have theft hard earned money from an immigrant who can’t speak proper English and doesn’t probably understand how an attic runs! Karma won’t spare you!Not to forget, the woman Cathy didn’t even schedule the mold removal date properly. We were about to be thrown out from the place we were renting! Even though I kept specifying the dates!The first day 2 men came, I asked them will the place be ready by February 11th? they had no idea what I was talking about! We had to get painting done too before we shift in! At this point I won’t lie(Diane) was being extremely supportive and trying to get the place ready! Because we had to shift before 17th of February!I feel bad for me, for trusting them!!And for anyone who’s dealing with mold, please get proper inspection done with professionals who are licensed and actually legit! Not pretentious legit!For your health and your family’s health!Because chronic mold exposure could cause serious damage to your body. Especially if you have kids and elderly or anyone with weak immune system.This sketchy work MUST NOT be tolerated!!Its not good for the community! You can’t be making money risking people’s health!!Peace!

I'm glad I found this service provider for my friend. This is a very trustworthy company. Very professional. On time. Customer centric. Pleasure to meet them. They did the asbestos abatement for my friend's condo and I let them in to do the work. It was done to our full satisfaction. Adam and Colleen are hard working and cooperated to handle this job. They've left an indelible impression. Deanna provided first class customer service. I cannot thank them enough. They honored the original quote. They left the job site very clean. I wish all companies were this good.
