First off the coffee I had was great and will order again. The 3 star rating is because being a coffeehouse owner I wanted a good strong pour over coffee…ordered a pour over..was told it would be 10 minutes which I said was fine (any coffee lover will wait for a good coffee). The lady taking the orders asked the three young baristas huddled together who wants to make a pour over and not one of them would take the initiative to make a pour over and it i felt we had put them out asking them to make a drink on the menu…so I said forget it…I was then offered a drip coffee which is not the same!! We just know that if our employees were to do this we would be addressing the issue and would not be acceptable. But the coffee I did have was very good.

Came to the forks on a busy evening to enjoy a nice cup of brew … the coffee was bitter and horrible

Cool baristas with simple offerings of coffee from $2-$5. Another good coffee shop to drop by.

Ordered coffee at forks location, worst coffee ever. Definitely not fresh!! Bitter and lack of flavour must have been sitting for hours. Disappointed!!!

I had a matcha latte made with oat milk, it was delicious. Will definitely be ordering it again. Hubby had a London fog, it was good too, a bit sweet though. Would recommend ordering half sweet.

Had the mocha here and it was the same as Tim’s just with an espresso shot. Not using chocolate syrup or milk and used hot chocolate. If you want a real mocha go to the place in Johnston terminal

Wanted to grab a hot chocolate & a coffee with my boyfriend after skating at the forks. It was 7:51 and as we were next in line the barista told us that they were closed & not taking any more orders. Very disappointed, ruined my experience & they are definitely not open till 8. Rude service.

I used to love going to the downtown location. The service was impeccable & the staff were very friendly.Unfortunately the service at the forks has gone downhill with little to no product knowledge & poor attitude as well as customer service.Paying for a product & tipping only to receive something I did not ask for along with attitude & silence from the staff member who rang me in.I’m a business owner & spent many years in the customer service industry.After multiple experiences like this, I recommend against going back.Go to Harrison’s or Thom Bargen for a more consistent product, friendlier & more knowledgeable staff.

Avoid the cold brew. It's sour and not at all what cold brew is supposed to taste like. I have no idea what went awry in their extraction. My girlfriend agreed that the cold brew did not taste right. The service was good though!

Not nice. We're from our of town and were going to look for a Starbucks but decided to try this place. My son had a an iced Americano and I just wanted a glass of ice water in a to go cup. They refused. The water stations had glass cups and we were leaving. Should have just went to Starbucks. Small-town rude service. Not ready for the big leagues.
