Best dog store in Halifax, bar none -- and I've been to them all. Knowledgeable and committed staff, all passionate about dogs. Top-quality products (many of the lines Canadian). Grooming salon. Dog walking services. In only a few months, East Coast Dog has already established itself as an impressive, well-run new business.

Each time I come in with or without aspen the staff are amazing! They really know their stuff and know how to treat pups. Great product selection and I feel that thanks to them I’m a better dog owner!

A really nice store with friendly and very helpful staff! I’ve been here twice now and get everything I need for my two dogs (raw, treats, bones, supplements, etc.). This store has everything you need as a dog owner!

The people are what make East Coast Dog so wonderful. Their love of, and care for, dogs is palpable every time I walk in – but more than that, they also care for the people just as much! A great place for grooming, and a terrific source for treats, gear, and food!

They are brand new to the neighbourhood, it’s great for the pet owners in the area as there’s not much in walking distance for pet stores.The staff are so attentive and ready to help, I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with all of them; I say all because I went in there for their first week after opening and they were decorating for the holiday season, so most of them were at the front, all ready to help.Check out this sweet dog store for that special treat for your pup.
