The owner is very friendly, professional and helpful. I came in the last minute before the store closed and the owner was already planning to leave, but he still helped me with the parcels very patiently.

I have been costumer at this UPS store for more than 2 years. Both the mail I have sent from and the mail I have received at this store has always been on time and never lost. Rafael and Peter have been always very kind, professional, and quite efficient. They have replied my requests the same day. The forward mail service at this location is excellent, too. Never had an issue. Great UPS store.

I been to UPS stores across Canada, and I been coming to this UPS store for 5-6 years now. I can honestly say this is the best UPS store I been to. These guys are efficient and know what they’re doing. Always courteous and willing to help. Some negative reviews here might have had an issue with UPS directly, but as far as the service this store offers, it’s as good as it can get.
