I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and the lad swapped out the dud one for the spare and wouldn’t take any payment. Wouldn’t even let me buy him a cup of coffee. Super friendly and helpful. They colour matched and replaced a tailgate for me very quickly and for a fair bit less than what the dealer quoted. Excellent work. I highly recommend.

Our car was hit by a truck, wiping out the mirror, scratching the bodywork and window - and putting a severe dent in the frame.After being fixed at Den’s, it is as if the car has gone back in time. There’s not a mark on it. The work was quick and pristine perfect.Not only that, the staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Very, very highly recommended.

Very helpful and fairly priced. I don't technically want to go back, but if I am in need of body work on a vehicle in the Ladysmith area, that's where I will go.

I think there service is at the top of the list ... came and got the vehicle, and jumped started another for me, the job was done faster than expected ... they took a few marks off the vehicle that they really did not have too ... and glued the side strip where it was coming undone ... cleaned inside and out, really good job ... they also brought the vehicle back ... great service

My car came to them through ICBC and i could not be more disappointed and upset about the service i got. I took my car back several times after they Fixed" it. Every time i got it back from them they assured me it was safe to drive and should run great. But the alignment of the vehicle would change daily and the mechanics sometimes gave the car back in worse condition. They kept on doing the same things to fix it and giving similar excuses but again and again it would not work. The car was in and out of the mechanics for months on end and it was such a frustrating headache. They got a secondary inspection on it and they said it was for my "peace of mind" but when the car was still broken (like dangerous to drive
